Great property on Folly Beach

"

We had planned a Family vacation with 4 grand kids and their parents and really loved this place. It offered something for everybody....sunrise views from the Terrace, easy walk to the beach and afternoons on the pool including playing with the grand kids. The apartment was very well maintained and each level had a TV and sitting area. Furthermore, it was walking distance to Center Street and the Fishing Pier to sample all the good foods etc.

The property has an elevator but it was not available for guest use. Hopefully the owner can allow the elevator use to make this property even more desirable.

The management of Charleston Coast Vacation did a very good job of making us comfortable and showed great flexibility accomodating our requests.

We intend to come back again and enjoy this property next year also.

Excellent Location, Beautiful Home

The house was exceptional. Easy walk to Center Street. The design of the house allows for large family gatherings as well as areas to get away from the crowd for quiet times. Back yard and pool are extremely private, shaded and very peaceful. Spent every afternoon and evening there. Top floor deck was the best spot in Folly to watch July 4th fireworks.

Stunning Beach Home

"This house is, simply put, beautiful! The house feels more like a retreat than a rental property. It is situated on a very large lot, which allows for ample and secure parking. There is a very nice grilling area complete with outdoor furniture (and a koi pond). The house is surrounded by a completely landscaped yard. The house is spacious, well designed, and beautifully decorated without clutter. There is plenty of space for family time and privacy as there are living areas and rooms on three floors. The well-stocked kitchen has an abundance of counter space, and all the kitchen equipment you need and then some. Lots of space for entertaining as the bar/counter extends almost the width of the family room, and looks out through the large windows to the beach. The view is certainly beautiful. Go to the top sundeck off the master bedroom and the view gets even better! This house has everything a large family (or two families) would need and want. The beach access is very close, and it’s a very quick, easy walk to the beach (which happens to be widest at this location). It is ideal for walking to the ‘downtown’ area which has great shops, dining, ice cream, and a grocery store. Beautiful and historic Charleston is only 10 miles away. I would definitely return!"

Modern Beach Home with all the Amenities

"Absolutely stunning property! We traveled down with 8 adults and 3 children (under 7) and found this to be fully accommodating to all. The master suite, rooftop deck and multiple gathering/living areas are first class all the way. We were told of all the amenities provided in the kitchen but thought they might not be adequate for all the meals we had planned. Boy were we wrong! Not once did we have to delve into the pointless utensils that we brought, as everything we needed was at our fingertips. Even before the pool is installed next year, the outdoor area is exquisite, giving us room to sit and chat, host multiple barbecue cookouts, sit in the shade, feed the fish in the coy pond, etc. while encompassed by a beautiful privacy fence. Just a few short footsteps from the ocean, we had every excuse to visit the beach and then were always welcomed back to the property by the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand between our toes. Overall, our stay was wonderful!"

Amazing Modern Home

"WOW! What an amazing beach house! It's definitely the nicest beach house we've ever been in. We felt like we were in a real home, not just a rental house. The ocean and beach views from the glass walls made us feel like it was an oceanfront home. We stayed here for a couples getaway, and were so impressed with the architecture, the high end modern decor, the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, and the personal touches like the roof top herb garden, the shell collection, the ground level koi pond, etc. There was plenty of room and everything was so comfortable, clean, and new - it just felt great being in the house. The master suite was a real treat: it was magical waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean from the bed. We also made good use of the rooftop deck for the panoramic views and for stargazing in the evening. We found its location so convenient just a few steps from the beach access, and a couple blocks walk to the crepe truck or to Center Street for dinner. We will definitely be back!"
