The open-plan living room offers direct access to the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy stunning ocean views. Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light make this space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The fully renovated kitchen features custom cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It’s equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks, with ample counter space for cooking and entertaining.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with private balcony access, ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom featuring his and her sinks, a large tub, and a separate shower.

A clean, well managed property, the proximity to Charleston and its many historic homes is convent, and the beach is clean, uncrowded, and steps away (directly on the beach) from this condo unit. We found it to be accurately described and the 3 bedroom-3 bath unit has ample room for four. Check-in and check-out was frictionless.

Easy breezy getaway!

Our first trip to Folly and we couldn't have been happier. The location was great - oceanfront views and a quick walk to the beach allowed us to maximize our time. The property itself was wonderful. Bedrooms were comfortable, each containing a full bath. Kitchen was utilized daily from pre-beach breakfasts, margaritas and midday snacking. Given the spacious balcony that overlooked the ocean, there wasn't a better spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the scenery. Town was beautifully accessible, as we walked to numerous local restaurants. The rental car was only required for time spent in Charleston, runs to Harris Teeters, and ultimately the airport. This trip created many Folly memories and has us longing to create more in the future.

This three-bedroom/three-bath unit was perfect for our family vacation that included three couples. was clean and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The space had plenty of room for six adults, was clean and had a great kitchen, eating area and a large enough room for everyone to sit comfortably when watching television. The staff at Dunes properties was consistently helpful and friendly every time we contacted them. Do not hesitate to rent this unit! BTW, I have no connection to the owners or rental agency. This is my honest opinion.
