This Folly Beach vacation is absolutely amazing. From the lengthy oceanfront balcony with endless views of the Atlantic Ocean & newly constructed pier, to the renovated kitchen with custom cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops, to the master bedroom with private balcony access and a spacious bathroom with his/her sinks, tub and shower, this condo has it all.
The other two bedrooms also have their own full bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.
The balcony is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and the calming sound of waves crashing ashore. And with the beach and oceanfront pool just a short walk or elevator ride away, you have everything you need for a perfect beach vacation.
Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.
The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.
Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

The condo is very spacious with beautiful furnishings & an updated kitchen & bath. The balcony is also very roomy, has a large table & chairs & the main bedroom & living room have access to it. There are an adequate amount of glasses, cups, plates, & bowls. The complex is oceanfront & within short walking distance to many restaurants

Oceanfront condo

This is the fourth time staying at Charleston Ocean Villas…the first in this condo. We love the area…quiet but close to downtown Charleston is walk, see historical houses, shop etc. The photos are accurately depicted. The view from the balcony is amazing.. We will most definitely be back.

Great Condo - Great View

This is the second time we stayed in this condo. The view is perfect and the condo is terrific. Stop looking and rent this one. Even had an Internet outage while there and someone came right over and fixed it.

Charleston Oceanview Villas

The accommodations were excellent..! The furnishing were comfortable and in excellent condition! The property has Cable TV and wi-fi for those of you who just can't disconnect!! The property is located directly on the beach and a short drive from downtown Charleston (just twenty minutes). I would definitely stay at this property, again!!

Easy breezy getaway!

Our first trip to Folly and we couldn't have been happier. The location was great - oceanfront views and a quick walk to the beach allowed us to maximize our time. The property itself was wonderful. Bedrooms were comfortable, each containing a full bath. Kitchen was utilized daily from pre-beach breakfasts, margaritas and midday snacking. Given the spacious balcony that overlooked the ocean, there wasn't a better spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the scenery. Town was beautifully accessible, as we walked to numerous local restaurants. The rental car was only required for time spent in Charleston, runs to Harris Teeters, and ultimately the airport. This trip created many Folly memories and has us longing to create more in the future.

Perfect family vacation destination!

Folly Beach is the perfect family vacation destination and this oceanfront condo was well suited for the needs of our family. Great location with easy access to the beach and two clean pool areas. Tides of Five

This three-bedroom/three-bath unit was perfect for our family vacation that included three couples. was clean and spacious with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The space had plenty of room for six adults, was clean and had a great kitchen, eating area and a large enough room for everyone to sit comfortably when watching television. The staff at Dunes properties was consistently helpful and friendly every time we contacted them. Do not hesitate to rent this unit! BTW, I have no connection to the owners or rental agency. This is my honest opinion.

Christmas at Folly Beach

My husband is from Charleston, SC and we live in Maryland, so when deciding to visit family for the holidays we thought it would be great to stay at the beach this holiday. What a great decision! This condo was very well appointed and updated. The kitchen is awesome and the views of the ocean were spectacular. Traveling to our family's home in Charleston, SC was only 15 minutes! Excellent!

We came from Boise, Idaho, to S. Carolina for our daughter's graduation from the College of Charleston. We decided to make a vacation out of our trip and stay at Folly Beach. We stayed at the Tides of 5 in unit 405 and absolutely loved it! The unit was clean and perfect for our family of six! We will be back!
