One overlooks the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, perfect for watching the waves roll in, while the other faces the serene Folly River and marsh. Both spaces offer the perfect blend of relaxation and coastal charm. Elevator (available for an additional fee) - reaches the first floor and the house has a reverse floor plan.

Kitchen:
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and is open to the living and dining areas. Enjoy ocean views while preparing meals, and gather around the large dining table for family dinners with a view.

Bedrooms:
First Bedroom (First Floor): Spacious queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private oceanfront deck, ideal for enjoying sunrise or sunset views.

Third Bedroom (First Floor): Queen bedroom offering a restful and comfortable space.
