Zibart's Folly is a beautiful 4 bedroom/3 bath villa located on the top floor of Charleston Oceanfront Villas on Folly Beach. This well-maintained flat is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. The décor and furniture are well coordinated in cool beach colors. This villa has tile flooring and area rugs throughout with decorative accents, clean lines and a calm atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area and living room all share a 180-degree ocean view through floor to ceiling windows. Sliding glass doors provide access to your furnished private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The comfortable living room provides ample seating and a large flat screen Smart TV with cable and Chromecast and a Bluetooth soundbar that can pair with your playlist. 407 also features complimentary wifi for guests

The dining table seats eight with seating for four at the bar counter. The kitchen is well equipped, with stainless steel appliances and recycled glass counter tops - a perfect place to cook a meal for your family or friends. The first of the four bedrooms has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with the adjacent queen bedroom. This bath has a soaking tub/shower and double vanity with granite counter tops. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private attached bathroom, also with a soaking tub and recycled glass vanity top. The master bedroom has an ocean view, perfect for viewing dolphins from bed, and direct access to the balcony. The renovated master bathroom has a recycled glass vanity with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. Zibart's Folly faces directly out to the sea, and has a view of the pier to the left and Kiawah to the right. Located near the elevator, it is an easy trip to one of two pools or the beach.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.
