With breathtaking ocean views and direct beach access, "Sea Cookie" provides the ideal setting for relaxation and exploration, away from the hustle of Center Street but just a short drive to dining and entertainment.
Features:
Living Area: The open-concept living room and kitchen offer stunning ocean views through abundant windows, filling the space with natural light. Tall ceilings create a spacious and airy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach. Enjoy the comfort of the cozy seating area, including a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space, ideal for preparing meals and enjoying the scenic surroundings.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed with an attached private bathroom and access to a private deck with ocean views. The deck connects seamlessly to the main deck via a walkway.
Bedroom 2: King bed with a shared bathroom (accessible from the hallway).
Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms, including a private en-suite with dual sinks in the primary bedroom for added convenience.
Outdoor Space:
Screened-In Porch: A spacious screened-in porch overlooking the ocean, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Open-Air Deck: Expansive ocean-facing deck offering unobstructed views of the sand dunes and the Atlantic Ocean.
Private Beach Access: Easy access to the beach via a walkover, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.
Secondary Industrial Ice Maker: There is an industrial ice maker for guest use underneath the house for all your beverage needs!
Pet-Friendly: Your four-legged friend is welcome to join you (pet fee of $250 per dog).

The property was great! The weather was a bit rainy but with the screened I'm porch we still go to enjoy the sound of the waves outside.
Perfect ocean views! Has everything you need a beautiful view the house itself is great for small family or couple. We rented bicycles and a golf cart for our stay was fun to ride around and head into town for lunch or dinner. My husband and I both said this has been the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. It’s peaceful on that end of beach and sunrises were breathtaking. We also played bocce ball during low tide lots of beach area then high tide was fun almost to the back deck stairs surfers were out a lot was interesting to watch and my husband is going to take lessons we plan on rebooking soon!
Sitting on the porch watching and listening to the waves was the highlight of the trip. I highly recommend this location. Communication was excellent from booking, check in, to check out.
