Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed with an attached private bathroom and access to a private deck with ocean views. The deck connects seamlessly to the main deck via a walkway.
Bedroom 2: King bed with a shared bathroom (accessible from the hallway).

Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms, including a private en-suite with dual sinks in the primary bedroom for added convenience.

Perfect ocean views! Has everything you need a beautiful view the house itself is great for small family or couple. We rented bicycles and a golf cart for our stay was fun to ride around and head into town for lunch or dinner. My husband and I both said this has been the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. It’s peaceful on that end of beach and sunrises were breathtaking. We also played bocce ball during low tide lots of beach area then high tide was fun almost to the back deck stairs surfers were out a lot was interesting to watch and my husband is going to take lessons we plan on rebooking soon!

Right on the Ocean

We stayed in a recently renovated house that is literally only steps from the ocean. We were able to watch the surfers and beach walkers and their dogs right from the dining table, back porch or deck. It was wonderful to catch the sunrise each day. Wonderful experience.

We love the Sea Cookie. Been returning for over a decade and it is always reinvigorating to the body and soul. The house has beautiful ocean front views from so many vantages of the house and deck. The owners and property managers have made so many new improvements to the house. We can’t wait to come back again! Our friends from Charleston always love to come visit us too. They love it as much as we do!!!

This house is really nice. A beautiful place.Have stayed two years in a row. It’s great because it has both a large screened Porch and a deck. The interior is very nicely appointed and high end. Really well done.Only two bedrooms but the house feels very spacious due to very high ceilings. It is quite close to the beach which is also nice and it is at the end of to the road so it’s quite private. If you want a two bedroom house on the beach, this is the one.

Celebrated my 62 birthday, my oldest son and his wife’s 15 year anniversary and my youngest son and his fiancé wedding. 5 star +, Perfect location and view. Wedding was on the schooner Pride about a 30 minute drive and right beside the Aquarium. City center, market that has everything, and beverage store within a quick 3-5 minute drive. House is clean., beds comfortable and has amazing covered and open deck. Best of all ocean front with literally steps to the waters edge at high tide! Amazing stay and enjoyed by all!!!!

Utter Peace and Relaxation

This was our second vacation at the Sea Cookie, and it was even more relaxing than the first. Our entire day was scheduled by the sunrise, the high and low tides, and the sunset. We spent our entire days in utter peace and relaxation, strolling down the beach with our dog, drinking coffee, reading books, listening to the ocean waves, and gazing at the stars at night (we brought a telescope with us and it was amazing!!). It is private and quiet there and has just enough neighbors/passerbys for some nice "people and dog-watching". We went grocery shopping the first day and never left the house/beach after that until we were driving home 8 days later! We cooked and had Uber Eats deliver food~ perfect!!! The recent remodeling done to the house (especially the bathrooms and deck) is very nice! We came home and the very next day we booked our vacation there for next year.

We really enjoyed staying at Sea Cookie, loved the quiet location near the end of the street. Our dog liked having daily multiple walks on the beach as much as we did. We thought the house was comfortable and we'll equipped. We spent most of our time on the deck, or in the screened area of the deck. Loved it all! Thanks!

Lovely Home, Big Beach

My sister and I visited in August 2018. The house is right on the beach at the end of the street, so very private. We enjoyed each having our own bedroom and bath. Loved the screened in porch adjacent to the patio (which is great for sun bathing). We were able to bring our 4-year old dachshund who loved running on the beach (certain hours only). Extremely relaxing stay.

Loved the friendly people of Folly Beach! Service was excellent at all restaurants we went to and in nearby Charleston.We had the beach to ourselves, as it was late January, and the weather hit or miss. The house was perfect for us-Well-equipped kitchenBeach front location Dog friendlyComfortableI would suggest bringing extra blankets if visiting during the winter. The heating system worked well but the cotton coverlets weren’t quite enough.

We love Sea Cookie!

We stayed in August of 2016 with our son (18 months at the time), and our dog. The house could not have been better suited for our family. The deck out back that overlooks the beach is enclosed so the dog and toddler could come and go as they please and enjoy the views! We have already booked another week in May 2017, and we can't wait to experience Sea Cookie again!

Best dog friendly vacation on Folly Beach!

We love, love, love Sea Cookie! We wouldn't change one thing about this lovely vacation rental. Right on the beach, quiet and serene location, keeps us coming back again and again! Two bedroom, one on each end, each with its own bath, makes this the perfect house to enjoy with friends. The kitchen, dining & living areas all have expansive ocean views and are beautifully decorated and functional. The covered screen porch and open decking make this all about enjoying the beach in any kind of weather! Our dogs lived the fact they were included and spent countless hours on the decks and porches watching seagulls, surf and pelicans with their people.
