This charming beach cottage is located right on Palm Blvd; just a short walk to the sandy beach! Enter this vacation paradise through the well landscaped lawn and relax on the furnished deck. There is room for the entire family (the well behaved furry ones too) in this three bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Take a break in the comfortable and spacious living room, complete with beautiful wood floors and a decorative fireplace. The master bedroom is fit for royalty with a jet tub, walk-in closet, and double doors leading out to the sunny deck; a perfect spot for your morning coffee! The second and third bedrooms are located on the other side of the living room. One room is complete with a king bed and set of double doors leading out to the outdoor dining area. The third bedroom is spacious and beautifully decorated with two queen sized beds. The bathrooms are updated and modern with marble and granite throughout. Walk past the clean, white dining table into the kitchen to find even more space to enjoy your home cooked meals at the small breakfast table. The kitchen is complete with all the appliances and tools you need to make a delicious meal. Don’t forget burger night as this home comes with a propane grill for your use! Barbecue up a storm after rinsing the sand off in the convenient outdoor shower in the carport underneath the home. With all these special touches, Here Comes The Sun on the Isle of Palms is the perfect spot for your family’s vacation on the Charleston Coast!

Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice & updated. The primary bed/pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but we ate out every night. Nice appliances.

We loved staying at "Here Comes the Sun". The house was lovely and decorated so beautifully, it felt much more like a home than a rental. Loved all the unexpected extras like cooler bag and beach towels, umbrella and chairs, lighted vanity mirrors in both bathrooms, iron/ironing board and drying rack for delicates and lots of extra blankets for cozy afternoons when the storms roll in. We especially loved being on the quiet side of IOP yet within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach rental voucher was greatly appreciated and we used our beach cruiser bikes daily. Great stay!

The house was very nice. It was very comfortable and well decorated. The house was nice and clean. The location was perfect! We were just 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the little downtown strip of shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying we’re originally from the area so we knew what to expect of the location. It’s a short walk to the beach and shops. The house is decorated nicely, very clean, beds are comfortable, and it has a great outdoor space. We really enjoyed our stay 🙂

This house even nicer than I expected! The house itself is well constructed, and the furnishings are substantial and comfortable. The beach is a casual walk down a friendly side street, and the grocery store and several restaurants were a couple of blocks away. We sat outside in perfect weather, enjoying the palm and oak trees. The equipment voucher was a bonus!

We loved this house. My four year old son loved the basement/garage area the most. So did I. He rode his bike around while we hung out visiting with friends. A golf cart fits perfect in there. Plenty of patio and porch area as well. The place was very clean and updated. Not much of a yard and the driveway was kinda tight, but who cares. Walking distance to everywhere you’d want to eat and drink. Short bike ride to the beach.

Two of us stayed here for 2 weeks in December with our dog and had a great time. The house was very comfortable and felt pretty new inside. It is only a few blocks from the beach which makes it convenient for walking around the downtown area and taking walks on the beach. We felt it was a very good bargain for the location and size and would stay here again.
