Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature two oceanfront pools, two elevators, private covered parking, and breathtaking ocean views. The pools are open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators, and may close these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as necessary.
