The main areas of the condo feature tile flooring, while the living and dining rooms are designed with plenty of space to relax and entertain. There is also a bar area, providing the perfect spot to grab a drink while enjoying the beautiful views. The fully renovated kitchen provides extra countertop space and storage, making it easy to cook and dine in.

Each bedroom has its own renovated bathroom, and two of them are oceanfront with balcony access and his/her sinks. The primary bedroom is noticeably larger, featuring an entertainment center and a beautifully renovated master bathroom with a grand walk-in, tiled shower.

The long balcony that runs the entire width of the villa offers unobstructed views of the famous Folly Beach Pier and the Atlantic Ocean. You can sit back, relax and enjoy stunning sunrises, refreshing afternoon breezes, or even stargaze at night.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required. The pools at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas offer an excellent opportunity for a refreshing dip in the summer months, but it is essential to plan accordingly based on their seasonal operation and external weather conditions.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.
