Welcome to The Good Life, a luxurious penthouse 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom oceanfront condo located in the exclusive Charleston Oceanfront Villas complex. This spacious condo offers breathtaking views of Folly Beach and the iconic Folly Beach Pier. With an open floor plan, the living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed to maximize ocean and pier views. The private balcony, which runs the full width of the condo, can be accessed from the living room and two master bedrooms. Whether you're here for a family vacation, a girls' getaway, or a group retreat, The Good Life promises an unforgettable beach experience.

Features:
Living Area:
The living room is comfortably furnished with beautiful, modern decor and includes a flat-screen TV. Large windows and sliding glass doors lead to the expansive oceanfront balcony, perfect for taking in the views. The open layout allows for easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making it ideal for socializing and relaxing.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen opens to the dining area, where a formal dining table seats six, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom #1: King bed with ocean views, direct access to the balcony, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Master Bedroom #2: King bed with private balcony access, ocean views, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #4: Queen bed, shares a bathroom with the main living area.

Bathrooms:
All four bathrooms are fully equipped with modern fixtures, tiled showers, and fresh towels, providing ultimate comfort for all guests.

Two Oceanfront Pools: Guests can enjoy two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).

Book a stay of 4–14 nights and receive a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals, courtesy of our partnership with VayK Gear! Please note: The HOA does not allow bikes, surfboards, kayaks, or paddleboards from VayK Gear on the property.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Proximity to Local Attractions:
The Good Life is located steps from the vibrant shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Center Street. Other nearby attractions include:

Folly Beach Pier - 0.1 miles
Folly Beach County Park - 2 miles
Downtown Charleston - 12 miles
Morris Island Lighthouse - 6 miles

Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM — No loud music or parties are allowed.

Important update regarding the ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. While the original project completion date was scheduled for April 2025, recent updates from the HOA and project managers indicate some delays that may extend the timeline.
As of February 2025, the following key updates apply:
Ongoing Construction: Work is continuing on various parts of the property, which may cause noise, temporary disruptions, or restricted access to certain areas.
Updated Completion Date: While the HOA and contractors are working diligently to complete the project as quickly as possible, they now anticipate that the construction may extend beyond early June 2025. We will provide further updates as the project progresses.
Safety and Accessibility: The HOA asks all rental guests to take care around construction zones. Signs and barriers will be in place to ensure safety, but please remain cautious when navigating these areas.
Pool Schedule: The west-end pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025, and the east-end pool is scheduled to open in July 2025.
Parking: Due to ongoing construction, parking is expected to be extremely limited. The HOA will be distributing a maximum of two parking passes per villa.

This condo is located on the side of the building where one elevator and one pool are currently closed due to HOA maintenance. The elevator and pool on the opposite side of the building remain open and available for use. We want to ensure you're aware in advance and appreciate your understanding during this time.

You just can’t beat the location of these condos. Oceanfront with gorgeous views of the sunrise each morning. We were also just half a block away from Center Street where all the restaurants and shopping is. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location

The location of the property you can't beat!! The views of the ocean from the balcony is amazing!! Loved being on the 4th (and top) floor of the condo building. Very close proximity to the pool. Walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Very relaxing and amazing 2021 family vacation!! Loved that each room had its own bathroom for privacy. Hand sanitizer dispensers between each room and were always full. We absolutely loved the condo and the property!! Would highly recommend!

Great location and condo!

The condo was just as described in the posting! Great amount of space for 7 adults. The balcony oversees the beach and pool, which was nice to relax on. We were so close (1 block) from all restaurants, bars and shops - such a cute little town. The food was amazing everywhere we went! Pool was freezing but not the condos fault. We also received a credit towards beach gear - perfect to not have to bring that stuff all the way from Philly. We would definitely recommend this condo other others and might come back to stay again ourselves.
