“Charleston Oceanfront Villas 403 THE GOOD LIFE” is a penthouse oceanfront 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo with breathtaking views of Folly Beach and the pier. This comfortable condo has an open floor plan allowing the ocean and pier views to be seen from the kitchen as well as the living and dining area. There is a formal dining table for six as well as extra seating at the bar. The private balcony can be accessed from the living room and both master bedrooms. Each bedroom is accompanied by its very own full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have private access to the oceanfront balcony which runs the entire width of the property and are situated on opposing sides of the public area which includes the kitchen, dining and living rooms. They both also have his/her sinks. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and private baths as well. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. This villa has tile flooring running through the entire condo, painted, gorgeous furniture in the living room. The kitchen features alluring granite counters with a refrigerator, along with a fully equipped kitchen. This condo is fun and easy to live in.

The Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and just steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. This condominium amenities include 2 oceanfront (seasonal) pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. Both pools are open each year from April 1- October 31st!

THE GOOD LIFE CONDO is perfect for family beach weeks, a girls’ getaway, or a group golf excursion. It is a top-notch option for vacation rentals on Folly Beach. Soak in the coastal breeze or Carolina sun from your expansive oceanfront balcony or from two oceanfront pools hugging the Charleston Coast. Wander the sandy beaches of Folly Beach or stroll the local shops on Center St. just steps from your villa. Visit the Folly Beach Fishing Pier to try your luck for some fresh sea fare. Gather the group and head to the funky and fun “downtown” Folly for a great local dinner or live music and dancing. Visit the island park with a playground or watch the sailboats cruise by from the Folly River dock. Visiting historic Charleston for the day? Walk the Charleston Battery, explore the Market, picnic at Waterfront Park, or take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the Holy City. If there is time, visit an antebellum mansion or Plantation, adventure to the Aquarium, stop at a local hot spot to catch the latest Charleston gossip, or take a sunset cruise in Charleston Harbor.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The Oceanfront Villas are individually owned, and each year from October-March allow a period of time for owners to complete construction projects. This may involve noise for neighboring condos

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.

You just can’t beat the location of these condos. Oceanfront with gorgeous views of the sunrise each morning. We were also just half a block away from Center Street where all the restaurants and shopping is. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location

The location of the property you can't beat!! The views of the ocean from the balcony is amazing!! Loved being on the 4th (and top) floor of the condo building. Very close proximity to the pool. Walking distance to the local shops and restaurants. Very relaxing and amazing 2021 family vacation!! Loved that each room had its own bathroom for privacy. Hand sanitizer dispensers between each room and were always full. We absolutely loved the condo and the property!! Would highly recommend!

Great location and condo!

The condo was just as described in the posting! Great amount of space for 7 adults. The balcony oversees the beach and pool, which was nice to relax on. We were so close (1 block) from all restaurants, bars and shops - such a cute little town. The food was amazing everywhere we went! Pool was freezing but not the condos fault. We also received a credit towards beach gear - perfect to not have to bring that stuff all the way from Philly. We would definitely recommend this condo other others and might come back to stay again ourselves.
