Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Upcoming Construction Notice:
Please be aware that from October 2024 through spring 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier. Expect scaffolding and intermittent construction noise during this time. Efforts will be made to minimize the impact on your stay.
