Welcome to Villa Carolina, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located in the Charleston Oceanfront Villas complex. This luxurious oceanfront villa offers breathtaking views of the beach, Folly Pier, and the charming town of Folly Beach. Perfect for family vacations, girls' getaways, or group retreats, Villa Carolina provides an ideal setting to enjoy coastal living at its finest. With access to two oceanfront pools, available seasonally from April 1 to October 31, you'll experience the ultimate beach escape.

Features:

Living Area:
The spacious living room boasts comfortable seating for the entire group, with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The open floor plan allows the living room to flow seamlessly into the kitchen and dining area, creating the perfect space for gathering. Large sliding doors lead to the oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning views. The condo is decorated with custom-built cabinetry, granite countertops, and stylish furnishings throughout.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets, granite countertops, and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a wet bar, perfect for preparing beachside cocktails. The open design allows for easy interaction with guests while cooking.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with private access to the oceanfront balcony, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and a spacious walk-in tiled shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom, offering extra privacy for guests.
Bedroom #3: Two twin beds, shares a bathroom with hallway access. All bedrooms have direct access to a private or shared bathroom.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms have been beautifully updated with modern fixtures, including tiled showers, granite vanities, and fresh towels.

Two Oceanfront Pools: Guests can take a dip in one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).

Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Sitting on the beach under our canopy ALL DAY!

Cute, cute cute! Our first impression when we walked through the door. We immediately felt comfortable and cozy. We never saw it when it was drab but it is surely FAB now! It had everything we needed for our stay. The view was great. The kitchen was great and the lovely furniture was clean and comfortable. We are already looking at the calendar to rebook this incredible unit! Dunes Properties was great to work with. Professional, efficient and attentive to our needs. What an incredible experience! Keep up the great work!

This was a wonderful property for our family. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. With an infant, we needed several breaks from the sun throughout the day so it was very nice to be so close to the pool and beach! We also enjoyed being within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. We plan to return!

Great location and beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. We ran into one issue with the door lock not working, and when I contacted the management they came and corrected it right away. It was also frustrating that the pool directly below our unit was inaccessible for a few days because they were painting the gate -- but it's just the way things go sometimes with timing (and we understand that things need to be taken care of, so it was no big deal and there was another pool on the other side of the building that we used). Overall the stay was magical - the condo is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. I recommend it and would love to go back!

Love Folly

You cannot ask for a better location when staying at Folly than this property. The view overlooks the pier on a very generous balcony. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. When we arrived it was after hours and pouring rain. The leasing company gave great instructions but it was dark and the lock was very difficult to read the numbers. I did call the office and had a call back immediately and did get our check in package without any other issues. We also had one time the code did not work and I called the office and right away they helped me out and got us in the room. I would definitely stay here again!

Impeccably clean, well stocked kitchen pots/pans, comfortable beds and spacious balcony perfect for afternoon shade. Easy 2 block walk to restaurants and a few more to Bert's grocery for late night ice cream. Although on a public beach it was very clean, with respectful people. Warm ocean swimming with beautiful sunrises. Highly recommended this updated, inviting condo. The beach chair delivery was so convenient too. Thank you!

This property was awesome. The updates are very nice and was a very comfortable stay. We had 3 couples and three infants. We were able to use pack and play cribs in each of the three bedrooms. All areas were very clean. This property has everything you need. The patio furniture was very nice and could comfortably have 6 people on the balcony. It was located on top floor. Never heard any noises from neighboring condos. Balcony overlooked ocean and one of the property's pools. Covered parking under the property. Easy walk to everything. Really no complaints. Other than a missing door handle on laundry room door this place was pretty spectacular. Thanks for the stay!! KY
