Short walk to beach, and great pool area. Not walkable to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was fully equipped. Loved all the space in the common areas and that our group of 10 was able to all sit together for meals. Kitchen is spacious as well.

The house was a wonderful rental!

We had three couples and one child staying in the home. There was plenty of space to enjoy and we felt very comfortable and at home! The views were spectacular and we could watch the sunrise right from the balconies. We also really enjoyed the patio area and the hot tub! It was nice to have the grill and the cooler as well. The water was hot and the thermostats were great on each floor. We had our wedding on the beach for this trip and we would book High Tides again!

You will not be disappointed in High Tide! The pool and hot tub are amazing. The kids ran them sell tired everyday outside and the bed swing was great for our afternoon naps. 3rd floor kids area was great for all and allowed the adults there own space. Each bedroom has there own tv and bathroom so you had your own space when you needed it. The views were great and it was a short walk to the beach each day which was not as busy as we expected which was great. We will definitely be back!

Great home! Very clean. Super location just a block from the beach. 1 mile from shops and restaurants. 30 minutes to Charleston. Pool & hot tub were wonderful! Plenty of room for the 7 of us! Would definitely stay here again!

High Tide was perfect location for our family. Everyone had their own space and it was perfectly located just far enough from main street that we felt like we had the beach to our selves. Amazing 2nd/3rd floor views of ocean and pool/hot tub was perfect for everyone.

This house has it all. Has a perfect space for 2-3 couples as well as an entire floor that the kids get. Only issue is the kids get the best view in the house! Pool/Hot Tub/Location were amazing. Will definitely be back and will target a couples weekend next time.

The house is very spacious and was able to easily fit 7 people while still feeling huge. There was plenty of seating plus an incredible view of the beach. The pool and hot tub were heating, allowing us to enjoy even in winter!

An amazing house for our group of 10: 3 couples with 4 kids aged 10-13. The house exceeded our expectations and was a great value!! Loved the decor and that there was a bathroom for each couple! The kids had their own space on the top floor and opted to hang out at the house every chance they had. Our group also loved Folly Beach- would definitely highly recommend to anyone looking for a low key, chill vacation destination in South Carolina.
