Overview:
Welcome to Folly Life, located oceanfront on Folly Beach and new to the rental program. This spacious vacation home has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths with several decks for taking in the ocean view and the sea breeze. Freshly painted inside and out in the spring of 2026; Folly Life is ready for the first guests!
Living Area:
Enjoy the panoramic oceanfront views from the spacious great room. There’s plenty of comfortable living room seating and two dining tables that seat a total of 12 guests. The large deck is accessed from the great room and provides an expansive covered area to take in the sea breeze.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is open to the great room and is fully equipped to prepare those special meals that will be enjoyed by friends and family.
First Floor Bedrooms:
1 King size bed with an ocean view and access to the deck. The brand new Jack and Jill bath is shared and includes a walk in shower.
1 Queen and 1 Twin bed with access to the brand new Jack and Jill bath, that’s shared with the King bedroom
1 Queen and 1 Twin with ocean view, access to the deck and ensuite with tub/shower combination.
Second Floor Bedrooms:
1 King sized bed with ocean views, access to a private deck and ensuite with tub/shower combination.
1 Queen bedroom with access to front porch and ensuite with tub/shower combination.

The first floor Jack and Jill bath has been freshly renovated and includes a large walk in shower and double vanity.

Home was clean and comfortable. Beautiful views and easy, private access to the beach. Great bedroom set up with each room having own bathroom and walkout balcony or porch. Big open family and dining area. Walkable to shops and restaurants.
Very nice beach front property. Excellent access to the beach, outdoor shower was a hit, layout of the house was great for several families and children. Property was clean and well stocked. Love the beach side porch.
