Welcome to Beach Bunker, located in the beautiful Ocean Club Villas community! This third floor oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath corner condo has spectacular views throughout. The kitchen and the ensuite baths have been recently updated, in addition to new flooring throughout. The Ocean Club Villas community underwent a complete exterior renovation in 2026, including all new windows, sliding glass doors, transparent deck enclosures and common areas. The community pool is a refreshing treat after a day of sight-seeing, golfing or enjoying the resort. Do you prefer a day of relaxation? The beach is just steps away.
Living Area:
The floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic ocean views that are a showstopper! There’s plenty of comfortable seating and a large screen TV. For additional sleeping options, the sofa converts to a double bed. You have access to the large deck from the living room.
The main dining table seats 8 guests and there’s also a table that seats 4 guests. Enjoy the convenience of a wet bar and wine fridge just steps from the table. There’s also a queen size murphy bed near the dining area.
Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen is open to the living and dining area and affords a full ocean view. You have everything you need to prepare those special vacation meals. Your friends and family can sit at the bar and socialize with the chef or grab a casual bite.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms include a TV.
Bedroom 1) King size bed with a full ocean view, access to the deck and a private bath.
Bedroom 2) Queen size bed with a full ocean view, access to the deck and a private bath.
