The property offered everything we hoped and more – cleanliness, well-accessorized, fantastic location on the beach, everything in fine condition!
I would recommend this property to all of our friends traveling to Sullivan's Island. It was the perfect location and so clean. There is an adorable library in the house, along with all the amenities that one would need when going to the beach.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect and the place was exactly what we wanted.
Great location, views and provided a comfortable experience for our visit. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked for our cooking needs and the booking process was easy with no issues.
This is our second stay at this property. It is perfect. The view is stunning, it’s quiet, well-equipped, everything you could want. We rented a golf cart for easy access to everything on the island. Perfect stay!
The property is perfect for our mother/daughter/ granddaughter combination. One bedroom with queen bed housed my daughter and I, and the other twin bedroom fit a pack-and-play crib with no problem for my granddaughter. Such a great view of the beach, and great light coming in. It's a perfect layout, offers easy access to the beach, and easy to walk into town. We are booking this unit every year!
Property was clean, had a great view of the ocean and it was quiet. Liked the rocking adirondack chairs
This was our second time to visit the beach house. The views are amazing. It’s so comfortable and being on Sullivans Island right on the beach is a fantastic experience. Thank you!
Excellent place for a 3 person family. Everything worked fine and we really enjoyed being right on the beach. It would have been nice if the 4 gigantic work trucks were not parked in front of the property, but I guess they have to park them somewhere. Also, the ceiling in the bathroom needs finishing, to include painting and installing the fan correctly. We really enjoyed our stay and would book with Dunes Properties again if we plan to return to this part of the world.
This property is a gem! Fabulous location and very comfortable and pretty!
This rental is a total gem! You can’t beat the beachfront location. We traveled with two young kids and they loved exploring the beach each morning. The rental was spacious enough for all 4 Of us and it was clean, and modern. Can’t wait to come back!
Nothing beats the location of this unit! It was perfect for our family of four, to be able to walk right out onto the beach. Our unit was cozy and comfortable, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We will definitely be back again. Adorable property with the most lovely view and great living spaces - hated to leave! Perfect for a mother/daughter and 2 month old granddaughter because the baby had her own room. Kitchen was outfitted well and furnished nicely. We just loved hanging out in the living room enjoying that beach view.
We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was well stocked and the location was amazing. We hope to be back for another stay!
Apartment B is immaculate, in near-new condition, tastefully decorated, with many amenities. Its finest feature is the ocean view, either from the deck, or in the comfort of the living area.
