The wide plank, hardwood and tile floors, custom shiplap paneling, wainscoting, and elevator with automatic door are fit for royalty.

Our Home’s Layout:
The beautiful kitchen and dining area is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family. After dinner you can head over to the comfortable living area to watch your flat screen TV, or maybe wander out to the oceanfront deck space to take advantage of the fabulous views and go for a dip in the sparkling infinity pool. No need to choose between the beach and the pool - at Sea Star you can enjoy the beach from the pool! The house comes with a private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge can assist with booking beach chair rentals, organizing grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation. The concierge will be your primary point of contact during your vacation should you need anything. Every bedroom features a private, en suite bathroom. The main floor boasts three bedrooms - including the first floor master bedroom. The master bedroom offers unparalleled views of the ocean with private deck access, a king bed, expansive walk in closet, and flat screen TV. The ensuite master bath has a large walk in shower and separate soaking tub. The two additional bedrooms on the main floor both hold queen beds with flat screen TV and private access to the front porch. The first of two laundry rooms is on this level, just off of the garage entrance. Meander up the staircase or take the elevator to the second floor to find four additional bedrooms and the billiards room. The two oceanfront suites feature king beds, private oceanfront balcony access, and en suite bathrooms. The two other bedrooms offer private access to the second floor front porch and flat screen TVs. The first of these two bedrooms has two queen beds and an en suite bathroom while the second of the two bedrooms has one queen bed and a private bathroom. Via the door to the second laundry room, find the stairs to the third and final floor at 'Sea Star'. This third floor media room has everything you need for a relaxing movie night! Exceptional oceanfront views from inside or from the porch, a large sectional sofa, bean bag chairs, a mini fridge, large TV with Sonos, and a half bath.

SECURITY CAMERAS: The property is equipped with a front door ring doorbell security camera and exterior cameras for additional security. There are no cameras pointed in guest use areas.

CONCIERGE: The house comes with a private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! The concierge will be your primary point of contact during your vacation and will coordinate with you prior to your arrival to meet you at the house to review all of the inner workings of the home, assist you with luggage, and answer any additional questions you may have about the house. Additionally, your concierge can assist with booking beach gear rentals, organizing grocery delivery, questions that may pop up during your stay, and anything else you may need for the perfect beach vacation
- This home is equipped with three, 2021 HALO-LED whole home in-duct air purification systems that are in many new hospitals and has the RGF environmental group ISO 9001:2015 Certification! They were tested and kill 99.9% of molds, mildew, viruses and bacteria in the air handlers, ductwork, air and surfaces in the home.

-PARKING: A maximum of 7-9 vehicles will fit total (depending on vehicle size). Overflow parking can be found on Palm Blvd.
-BEACH GEAR: **THIS PROPERTY INCLUDES A CREDIT TOWARDS BEACH GEAR WITH A STAY OF 4-14 NIGHTS** (NOTE: Stays that are less than 4 nights or are over 14 nights are not eligible for this credit.)
Pool Heating: For an added fee, we can turn on the pool heater for the duration of your stay. You cannot heat the pool and hot tub simultaneously (i.e. the pool to 86 degrees and hot tub to 104 degrees). Please reach out prior to arrival to confirm or for any clarification.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is a smart home device that measures decibel levels and ensures privacy compliance, as it does not listen or record any audio.In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down.  This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner
