Enjoy a day at the beach or one of the two community pools, both are just steps from your door. Family Tides was recently renovated, including a new kitchen, new baths and flooring throughout.

Living Area:
The living and dining area features a panoramic ocean view and access to the deck. When it’s time to relax after a day in the sun, the comfortable furnishings and large screen TV provide the perfect spot to watch the game or enjoy a family movie night.
The dining table seats 7-8 guests and there’s also seating at the breakfast bar.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area so the chef can remain connected with everyone. While preparing your special vacation meals, you can also enjoy a spectacular ocean view. The appliances include a stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave.

1) King primary bedroom with ocean view, access to the deck, TV and ensuite bath
2) Queen bedroom with a TV and ensuite bath
3) Queen bedroom with direct access to the shared bath.
4) Twin bedroom with access to shared bath located in the hall.

What’s nearby:
This beach front community is in a prime location, just steps from the ocean and in the heart of folly Beach! You can park your car and walk to all the restaurants, shops and entertainment on Center Street. There are dining options for all tastes, such as Taco Boy, The Crab Shack, Loggerhead's Beach Grill, BLU Beach Bar & Grill, and more.
Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. The Morris lighthouse is at the east end of the island, located in a nature reserve. This is a lovely walk and a Folly landmark.
If you'd like to learn more about historic downtown Charleston's history, then hop in your car and travel 11.7 miles up north. There, make sure to visit the South Carolina Aquarium for a family-friendly option, or The Battery, in case you'd like to learn more about the mansions or the promenade’s role in the Civil War.
