Living Area:
The first floor living room has a large TV and access to the expansive first floor veranda. The veranda has plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table and overlooks the pool. The pool is accessed by the first floor veranda.
The second floor great room also has a large TV and ocean views. The adjacent veranda is the perfect spot to savor the ocean view and sea breeze while enjoying a morning coffee or a cold beverage. There’s plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table on the second floor veranda.
Adjoining the second floor living room is a cozy sitting room that includes an additional dining option that seats 6 guests. The main dining area seats 8 guests and has wonderful ocean views.


Kitchen:
The chef’s kitchen is located on the second floor and includes a 6 burner gas stove, oversized fridge and a dishwasher. A large pantry, with a wine cooler, microwave, and washer/dryer is a convenient place to stash your supplies. The tin ceiling is a delightful touch.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1) Second floor primary with a king bed, ocean view and ensuite with walk in shower, a soaking tub and double vanity.
Bedroom 2) First floor primary with king bed and access to the veranda and ensuite with a soaking tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom 3) First floor with king bed and ensuite with walk in shower. Full size washer and dryer are located in the closet. This bathroom also has access from the hall.
Bedroom 4) First floor with king bed, lots of windows, access to the veranda and ensuite with walk in shower.
Bedroom 5) First floor bunk room has two sets of twin bunk beds and ensuite with walk in shower.

Bathrooms:
There are 5 full ensuite baths and a second floor half bath. They have all been freshly renovated.

Outdoor Space:
Large private pool, fenced in yard and two expansive verandas. Pool lounge chairs arriving in March. This home is just a short stroll to the beach.
