This home is located in a quiet, residential part of Wild Dunes that’s cherished for its serenity and coastal charm. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and avoid steep HOA fines, all guests must adhere to strict community rules — including limits on parking, outdoor storage, and noise.

Only two vehicles may be parked in the driveway overnight, and all bikes, beach gear, and trash bins must be kept completely out of sight when not in use. Quiet hours are enforced, and events or large gatherings are not permitted.
