The third floor, lovingly referred to as the penthouse, is a major attraction - featuring a bar with a sink, fridge, and ice maker, a 60 inch Smart TV, a half bath, and two decks. The expansive 20' x 30' ocean-facing deck provides ample space for activities such as sunrise yoga, afternoon happy hours, and stargazing at night. Meanwhile, the marsh-facing deck encourages you to appreciate the vibrant wildlife as the tide ebbs and flows.

The house has an inverted floor plan to maximize the views from the living spaces. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on the first floor, while the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and one master bedroom occupy the second floor. The 10ft ceilings lend an airy feel to the home, while the living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV. The big kitchen features a breakfast bar and the dining table can seat up to 10 guests comfortably.

While the elevator is available to guests, we cannot ensure that it will be functional for every rental. Residential elevators may malfunction at times, and repairs, parts, and technician services could take days or even weeks to complete.

We have a firm limit on the number of occupants allowed in each of our vacation homes. The City of Folly Beach has a stringently enforced set of rules governing such events, which could also cause homeowners to have their business license revoked.
