East Ashley Avenue 1606 - I Sea 360

This house was amazing and beyond our expectations. The house was clean when we arrived. It was helpful to have most of the bedrooms on the bottom floor. The kitchen was fully stocked with the amenities you would need to cook meals at home. It was helpful to use the elevator for luggage and groceries. Be ready to walk the stairs, as it was sometimes faster than the elevator. The best part of the house were the decks. The upper decks allowed our group to watch incredible sunrises, sunsets, and approaching afternoon storms. We were also able to see dolphins playing from the deck. There was a smaller deck off the living room and another off of a bedroom. A quick walk got us beach access. The beach was beautiful. We were able to walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse from the beach. There is also a little preserve at the end of the street. We highly recommend getting a golfcart to help getting into town a bit easier. Management was easy to work with before our trip and while we were there. It was easy using the portal to make work requests, get information about the area, and check out. We will definitely come back again!

The rooftop bar area was worth it all! So beautiful!

Great home, close to the Atlantic with easy access to beach directly across the street. Dolphins every morning and amazing stars at night. Property management were responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend.

This is a great house. The roof is a great place to hang out at any time. The beach is just across the street. It's far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to bike to town.

 Perfect beach house. Plenty of room for our whole family and love that it is dog friendly.Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for just 3 nights to celebrate my son’s graduation from his USCG ME A School Graduation and it was absolutely perfect! We really hope to get back again someday! The views are breathtaking and we had the best time with family together in this beautiful house!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at iSea360 and couldn’t have asked for a better home or location. The home is located on the quiet end of the island and allows for breathtaking views of the ocean and marsh from the main level and also the amazing rooftop deck. There were 6 of us so we all had our own room and were very comfortable. The house was clean and it was great being able to bring our pet along. Parking can be an issue as you go into town so I would highly recommend renting a golf cart. We used Starfire and their LSV’s are incredible. I would highly recommend this house! Will definitely stay again!

The house was amazing. Our family enjoyed the quiet location and especially the beautiful 3 floor room and balconies. The views were amazing.

House is as advertised, with the best views of both the ocean and the creeks behind the house. Sitting on the rooftop patio, day or night, is the highlight of this well kept home. Downtown Folly Beach is close enough by car to enjoy restaurants and nightlife and the folks at Dunes Properties are super responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We have rented for many years on Folly and this was our first 'marsh' house and we loved it! The views from every window and especially the top floor were stunning. Even though the house is on the marsh it is not lacking for ocean views!! We appreciated the elevator and being able to bring our dog. Thanks for a great week!
