Kulani is located very close to town center and the beach, yet quiet at night. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking in and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. for a day at the beach.

Stayed two nights in this updated beach house. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds and furniture. Perfect for a long weekend to relax on the beach and then walk to the bars and restaurants at night. Would stay here again!

We’ve stayed in many rentals at Folly over the years and this may be my favorite. The location is great—easy to walk or ride bikes to the beach and the local restaurants & shops. Great layout and well maintained. Having a garage beneath to park our bikes & beach gear was great!

Spectacular house with Superb Location

We stayed at Kulani for 5 nights last week and all I can say is wow! The Location is perfect next to town and 3 blocks form the beach! The Basement is incredible with ping pong and a shower! The layout is perfect for 6 people with enough privacy! The house is furnished so well and had so many things we werent expecting! We already want to book for next year! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!

Best Time Ever!!

My wife, daughter, and I booked this location with some friends and their children for an extended weekend in October 2022. The house is in a great location within easy walking distance to the beach, downtown shops, and restaurant’s. We literally parked our cars and explored the town on foot all weekend. The house is extremely clean and well decorated. The kitchen is fantastic, and we loved the open floor plan and enjoyed playing games around the dinner table at night. The bedrooms were great, and we had plenty of room for our group. We look forward to booking this property again in the future.

Amazing relaxation!

My daughters and I were looking to continue a tradition from a new perspective and this beautiful home away from home afforded us the perfect opportunity. Such a perfectly located home, a quick walk to downtown activities or the beach as well as a very short drive to so many other beautiful locations . The Christmas lights were a must see. The house is updated and emaculate. Very well stocked with utensils and beach chairs . Would go again definitely!!

Great family house

My family has gone to this home several times. Part of us went fishing nearby and others shopped in the stores on Central which is a short walk. There are so many places to eat down the street and the beach was a short walk. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a great low country boil with seafood picked up just across the bridge in addition to what we caught. We can't wait to visit again.

Our favorite in Folly

We have stayed at this home several times and it is always our first choice. The location is so convenient, just a block off Central, an easy walk to restaurants, Berts and the beach. The home has everything we need to cook and enjoy family while the kids play ping pong and other games in the ground level space. And the master bed is so comfortable. We rarely get in our car while here except to go out to the larger grocery stores. The furnishings are very tasteful, and the open floor plan accommodates a large family
