Very comfortable, very clean, all the amenities you could imagine and an amazing ocean view and access just a few steps on your own private boardwalk to the prettiest beach where you can walk to the south end and back easily. We love Cabana Blue! Check in and check out are super easy, too.

This unit was exactly what we were looking for. It has a vintage Folly feel with modern touches. It's a homey, cozy unit with an unbeatable view of the ocean! We are a family of 3 and the size could not have been better. Check in/out was smooth and communication was clear from start to finish. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect location, everything you needed for a wonderful trip. Our balcony to watch the ocean all day and night was our favorite. The shower to wash off after the beach, the comfy beds, and the large bathrooms were some of the best parts. We will absolutely be staying again!

Spectacular time!

We stayed for the weekend and I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. Easy proximity to downtown Charleston, great location right on the water, plenty of inside and outside space. We would definitely stay here again!

Matched the listed pictures exactly. Great space, wonderful beds, kitchen appointed well. Super clean linens, lots of towels and appreciated the travel size toiletries in both bathrooms. The checkout process was VERY reasonable and quick! Much much better than many AirBNBs

We love this place! Our two kids enjoy the beach and we get to rest starting with our coffee on the deck and the beautiful wild ocean just in front of us. The apartment has everything you need. We‘ve stayed here several times and already booked our next stay. The best place to be!

Great location, steps to the beach!

Seascape was perfect for our family of three! It had fantastic views from the family room and kitchen because the ocean is just that close with no barriers or dunes blocking your view. The two bedrooms were decent sized and bathrooms were nice and spacious. Hope to come back very soon as it was our first time in Folly Beach. We fell in love with this quaint beach community!

Stay here, you won't regret it.

We highly recommend this property. We are a family of 4 with a 3 and 5 year old. The property is clean and well appointed, but you can definitely tell that it gets a lot of visitors. There are 3 apartments in the property. The deck is shared with one of the other apartments, but they have separate sitting areas for each. We had very nice neighbors that were friendly and respectful. We never heard them when inside. The beach is perfect for small children. During the day, the tide would go out and there are tide pools that form just outside the property that are perfect for smaller children. The waves were also great for adults and older kids for boogy boarding, etc. Shelling was fantastic. The outdoor shower was basically a necessity unless you like sand everywhere. It's a 10 minute walk to the south side of the shore where you can watch the sunset. I recommend wearing sandals on the deck to avoid splinters. Internet and tv work great. Town is close with lots of shops and dining options. Rental gear was convenient. We would stay here again and recommend that you give it a try. Perfect for a family of 4. I wanna go back...

This was our 2nd stay at Cabana Blue Oasis. The location is right on the beach. We can walk or bike into town for dinner. We also rode to the new county building to watch the sunset from the observation deck. Just love being here and hearing the waves.

Just what we wanted

Property looked just like the photos on line. We loved the views from the windows and walking out onto the beach. Showers were hot and there was plenty of bathroom space for 3 women to get ready at one time. We definitely will be back!

Cabana Blue Seascape and Couples suite is a GREAT find!!

We needed unexpected accomodations and were offered this lovely new listing. It was sparkling clean, newly renovated and full of all you would need for a getaway at the beach. The house is right on the beach with multilevel decking out over the sand to protect the dunes. Fabulous view - just like the pictures on this listing. We stayed in both the main house and the Couples suite. Both have well decorated bedrooms with really comfortable beds, TVs, full kitchens with stainless appliances, and comfortable furnishings. The bathrooms are very spacious and modern. We especially liked the quiet area of beachfront where this house is located - with the roomy deck and chairs providing unimpeded views of the sunrise and the ocean - saw porpoises jumping in the mornings. Beachy decor with great plantation shutters to provide privacy. This house has a new and fresh look while retaining aspects of "real Folly Beach"design. We would return to this house without hesitation!

Seascape in Folly Beach

This property was wonderful in every way. It was well decorated and provisioned, and it was right on the beach. The beach ranged from almost no beach at high tide to about sixty yards of beach at low tide. It made for good shelling. The AC worked great too. The deck was especially nice with a table and rocking chairs to sit in with our wine and mindlessly stare at the ocean and the people and dogs on the beach. The off-the-street parking and coinless washer and dryer were very welcome as well. The unit was far enough away from the main street to keep us out of the crowds eating and drinking there but close enough to allow us to easily drive there to eat in a couple of minutes. Folly Beach is out of the bustle of Charleston but close enough to get anywhere interesting in about a half hour. We enjoyed our week in Seascape very much and will recommend it to anyone we know heading to the Charleston area.

"So Updated"

Seascape was so updated. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and things to cook with. Loved being so close to the beach. Didn't even have to go down to the beach to enjoy the excellent view. It took us a while to learn to operate the Nest control, figured it out with a few tries. The location made it easy to walk to the county park and down to the Pier and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
