Beach Renourishment Project Planned for Summer 2026
As you prepare for your stay, please be aware that the City of Isle of Palms is planning a beach renourishment project beginning late June 2026 near the north end of Wild Dunes. This important project is intended to help preserve and protect the beach shoreline.
During active work, guests may encounter temporary beach access limitations, equipment, or pipeline sections along portions of the beach. Because the project schedule and work areas may change, specific dates and locations are not yet known. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

We loved our family beach time at IOP at 130 Charleston Blvd. We are a family of grandparents, kids and grandchildren ages 2-67. The house allowed us to spend a week all together playing, laughing, cooking. The house’s is wonderfully arranged and stayed cool. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals for a crowd. We walked to dinner at the Boathouse for dinner one night too. We love this end of the island. It was quiet and the kids loved the tide pools and inlet fishing. Beach access was close too The pool was perfect for all ages. Such a positive stay. Thank you

The house was amazing! We had 16 girls for a bachelorette party and it was filled with lots of laughs, love and plenty of space. Would highly recommend!
The property was beyond expectations, the amenities are top notch, the walk to the beach could not be any shorter, the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.
