Living Area:
The spacious living room offers an open layout with coastal décor, providing ample seating and spectacular ocean views. Large sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony, where you can enjoy the sunrise and endless ocean views.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and an open dining area with seating for six at the table and three additional stools at the counter, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends.

The property was great. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was big enough for our family of five adults and an infant. The proximity to the beach and town was great. We only used our car to get groceries and go to Charleston. Otherwise restaurants and stores were walkable. We had a great vacation. .

We loved our stay at the condo. It was so convenient and everything was explained and written down and easy to follow. We will certainly be back again. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to enjoy laid back beach town vibes while also enjoying a nice afternoon in Charleston. The rental company made everything super easy.

The property was a perfect location for all things

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. …downtown Charleston, restaurants, grocery store. The condo was just the right size for my family, nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean but were sad that the weather wasn’t more cooperative. We’d stay here again! Everyone that we worked with were so nice and cooperative. We needed to get into the condo earlier than checkin to freshen up before heading to Hollywood for our daughter’s wedding rehearsal. They were very accommodating.

Great Ocean front views

We were in town for a wedding and loved everything about folly beach. The island is fantastic! Restaurants are all close to the property. We loved listening to the live music coming from loggerheads from the front balcony. The music ended at a reasonable time (I believe 9pm at the latest). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to enjoy the place.

Extra special!!

Just had a fantastic stay in the King Neptune unit! The condo is beautifully appointed, with everything you could want. The kitchen is well-supplied with all cookware, dishware, tools, and appliances. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless. The bedrooms are clean and comfy, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows. Even the washer and dryer worked great. The living room is beautiful, with really comfortable sodas. And you cannot beat the spectacular view of the beach and the pier from the huge balcony. Even though the pier is currently being removed, there was absolutely no issue with construction noise! Loved sitting on the balcony, especially in the morning, watching the flocks of seagulls and squadrons of pelicans, and even saw dolphins a number of times!! With the easy proximity to Folly's shopping and restaurants, the prime location on the beach, and the great condition and amenities of the King Neptune unit, I couldn't have done any better!!

All about the beach

The condo was clean and in good condition. Our goal was to be able to see the ocean 24/7 and the location fully met our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The beds were fair and could use new mattresses but they weren’t the worst I’ve seen in a vrbo. I can’t rave enough about the oceanfront view and it being within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

Oceanfront Location

We went this past weekend for a getaway. Location is beautiful. Ocean front. Being it was January it was quiet. We walked many times on the beach and also sat in the condo and enjoyed the view. We spent a few hours each day in Charleston visiting museums, historical homes, a carriage ride and the market. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

The condo is located across the street from Loggerhead's restaurant; which we ate at the first night- delicious. Beautiful views of the sunrise! The condo was very roomy and the master bedroom was nicely decorated. All three bathrooms have been completely remodeled and were beautifully done. The front to bathrooms, not the master bath, must have just been completed because dust/chalk was everywhere in the front two bathrooms and bedrooms. The master has a king platform bed with a foam mattress. The other two bedrooms have queens and are nicely decorated, despite the dust/chalk, with comfortable beds. Oddly, most of the light bulbs, in all the lamps, in this condo were out. The kitchen was well stocked. We also ate at Lost Dog Café- highly recommend it for breakfast/brunch and Rita's Seaside Restaurant- great food and live music in the evening. Also, this condo is basically in the middle of the complex on the fourth floor, with elevators on each end and stairs in the middle. BEAUTIFUL views!
