The Sassy Shack was everything we wanted and needed for a relaxing and healing holiday week. The location is great, and we loved being only steps from the beach. We spent the majority of our time at the house on the porch and deck. The beds are very comfortable, and the house is decorated with a lot of love. The walk to good food and coffee made our vacation all the more enjoyable. We hope to stay again in the future.

Loved staying at the Sassy Shack!!

We had a reunion moms get away of sorts and loved staying at the Sassy Shack!! We’d love to come back again someday. The memories made there will last for a lifetime. The pool was absolutely wonderful and the little outdoor shower was so helpful after coming back from the beach. There were plenty of towels for the rental and we brought our own beach towels. The place was very clean and had a real nice touch.

What's not to like...great screened in porch, right across the street to beach, pool to dip, outside shower, walk to town, plenty of sleeping space. never turned on tv. Played games on living room table. used outside grill for fresh fish.

Great beachhouse and the pool

We had such a great time at Sassy Shack. The beach is quickly accessible by foot, and we rode bikes to the local restaurants a few nights. On the nights we stayed in, we enjoyed the screened-in porch. The swimming pool was definitely our favorite! While it's modern, the backyard is surrounded by greenery and trees, so the pool really feels like a part of nature- private and very relaxing.

The Perfect Folly Beach House!

This house was seriously the cutest and just perfect for our couples getaway! The view from the front porch was fantastic and we spent most of our time there or on the beach, which is very accessible and close. We were close enough to golf cart to anywhere we wanted to go. I have the Sassy Shack on my short list for a girls getaway next summer!

The house is within walking distance from the beach and you can also bike around the island using the included bikes. A big year with swimming pool is there if you don't feel like going to the beach.

What a great beach house! Beautifully updated with modern features but still has a southern charm! The location is perfect! Close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but able to have a quiet and relaxing getaway as well! Especially on the screened in porch! I loved the easy access to the beach! What a Gem!

What a gem!!! Our family did a getaway and had the best time at The Sassy Shack! We had great mornings on the screened in porch, followed by beach day (view from porch), late lunch in town (walking distance), followed by evening drinks and great conversations back on the porch! The Sassy Shack is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and linens. The house is equipped with good WiFi and TVs. We will definitely be back! A beach house like no other!

An old school beach house updated with a modern low country coastal vibe that is simply beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing! It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the space never felt cramped among our group of 7 adults. Literally steps away from beach access paths but also conveniently down the street from Bert’s Market and great restaurants like the Washout, Loggerheads, Chico Feo, Jack of Cups, and more. Everything Sassy

It was my very first time to Charleston and Folly Beach. The place was beautiful and the Sassy Shack was everything. Sooooo much character and sassiness. We had 7 people and there was more than enough rooms and beds. The rooms were cute and bed comfy. As for the location it was perfect. Short 2.5 minute walk to the beach and 8 min drive to all the restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay again, loved The Sassy Shack ?? Angeles

Beautiful + Clean + Relaxing This house was so beautiful. My husband and I stayed for a little "staycation"and didn't want to leave! It's an 'old school beach house' that has been wonderfully updated! The house was incredibly clean. We really enjoyed taking the bikes to Bert's, The Washout, Lost Dog, Slice, and all over the island. Highly recommend Lost Dog for breakfast! 🙂 We WILL be back! Thanks for having us, Sassy Shack!
