Unwind with a refreshing shower in the luxurious new bath and then prepare a meal in the kitchen, while gazing out to sea. The oceanfront deck extends the whole length of this first floor duplex and is perfect for taking in the sights and sound of the ocean. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king and a single bed. There are even a couple of hammocks for the perfect afternoon nap or star gazing.

We loved our stay at Dolphin\'s Watch - Down

We drove in at night after sundown, so my favorite moment was waking up in the morning and looking outside the window and seeing the stunning view of the sunrise over the ocean, and the waves right up to our personal \"pier\" We couldn\'t be happier with the home. You can\'t beat the ocean views, from the living room and both bedrooms. We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves on comfortable beds. The decor was simple and beachy fun. It wasn\'t the right season for dolphin watching but we enjoyed watching the surfers. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Dolphin’s Landing was perfect for our family of five. We loved all the windows and chairs on the back porch! Having a washer and dryer was perfect! The kitchen was great to have and we loved how easy is was to get to the beach from the house.

Best vacation!

This was the first time my boyfriend and I have been to folly beach. We didn’t know the area and wasn’t sure what to expect. All we wanted was a house on the beach and this was the perfect place! The house was spotless with a very cute beachy/modern feel! Check in was easy. Being able to walk out the back door to this amazing beach and not having to truck coolers and chairs all over made our whole vacation! It’s far enough away from the strip where you don’t have to worry about a million people, but close enough to walk the beach to dinner/drinks. Highly recommend!

Lets start with the view.... well you CANNOT get a better one than this unit. Literally just a quick 30 foot walk and you are on the beach. This unit feels much more spacious than it looks in pictures. We were 4 adults and it never felt cramped. Very clean, kitchen was surprisingly very well stocked for a new listing. Huge beautiful shower with plenty of hot water. Two super large bedrooms with comfortable beds. My only issue was that the master bedroom did not have a closet, but we made use of the dresser and armoire instead. There is a metal bracket for hanging clothes but you need to bring hangers (which luckily we did)

Family Vacation

Location is fabulous! Perfect spot to watch the sunrise and dolphins in the water. Plenty of space for four adults. Cooked most of our meals in the stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!
