It's a unique property that consists of 3 separate suites: Seascape @ Cabana Blue (upstairs), Couples @ Cabana Blue (upstairs), and Oasis @ Cabana Blue (downstairs).
Oasis @ Cabana Blue offers amazing amenities for your comfort and convenience, including HDTVs with DirectTV and wireless internet access. Nestled closely to the ground and tucked away behind the dunes, you can feel the ocean waves from this beautifully designed property.

Living Area:
Spacious and comfortable living room. The combination of light and dark furniture brings out a luxurious feel. The sectional sofa and cozy chair face the large flatscreen TV just inside the main entrance. The tiled floor throughout helps keep this apartment cool in the summer heat.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The glass-topped dining table provides seating for four, along with extra seating at the marble island in the kitchen. The mirrored backsplash and dark wood cabinets play off the stainless steel appliances and high-end lighting.
Bedrooms:
Master bedroom: Comfy king bed. The flatscreen TV is appropriately located for prime relaxation time. The en suite is a stunning room with a double vanity, marble countertops, tiled shower, and a wall-to-wall mirror.
Second bedroom: Cozy twin beds, flatscreen TV, and a cozy reading nook that doubles as a closet and storage.
Bathrooms:
Modern bathroom with a double vanity, glass sinks, and large mirrors. The washer and dryer can also be found here, along with the large tiled shower.

The Oasis is up to date and perfect for two couples who love to be on the beach-just walk over the short boardwalk. Nice deck if you don’t want sand in your toes-but who doesn’t? Great accommodations and quick response by Dunes Properties for questions/concerns.

I’ve been to beaches all over the world, and this is the best one to take your kids! Nice shallow wading, nice waves, and an abundance of seas life! Very cool! We felt at home the minute we got there. We did our chopping for food the day we arrived so we can plan our days between beach site seeing and restaurants. It was great. The beach is so long in both directions from the house, it gave us many options for long walks. The water was nice. I went swimming on two occasions and it was very refreshing and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, relaxing vacation, would stay again

We just left this morning (our a stay was during the last week of March). It was my husband, me, and our two boys, ages 7 and 8. This part of the island was ideal (more on this later). The unit was exactly as depicted in the pictures. We were in the bottom floor unit and there were two other units on the floor above us. As other reviewers mentioned, we did hear footsteps and furniture moving throughout the stay, but we never heard voices. I had worried that it would feel weird hearing the people above us, but it didn't. Everything was in great condition. The bathrooms and kitchen especially were beautiful with the tile floors and granite countertops. The main reason we chose this unit was because it was right on the beach. Every day we walked right out onto the boardwalk and to the beach. You can be on the beach in seconds. There was an outdoor shower to wash sand off before coming into the house. We discovered unexpected benefits to this location as well. It was about 8 blocks from the main busy street where most of the restaurants are, so the beach here was not busy at all at this time of year. We rented bikes through the store credit provided to us through the rental, and that was perfect for us. Vehicle parking is difficult to find downtown, but there are bike racks everywhere. It took us 5-10 minutes to ride from the house to the main street. On the beach in front of the house, usually it was just us and maybe one of the upstairs renters sharing a fairly good chunk of the beach. There was plenty of room to spread out and feel like we had privacy. There is a great tidepool that develops at low tide, which is very calm and warms up more than the ocean water. Great for shell finding and kids who don't want to venture into the waves. Also, this unit is just three blocks (less than 5 minute bike ride) to the Folly Beach County Park, which is a beautiful public beach at the tip of the island. Great beachcombing area, we found starfish, conch shells, live oysters, and sand dollars. By biking, you get in free. There is a fee for parking other vehicles. Three blocks the other direction (on 5th St), there is a playground that is great for younger kids with swings, slides, and a climbing areas. During our stay (late March), we only had one warm beach day where the adults wanted to swim in the ocean, but even the cooler days were so enjoyable to walk the beaches, finding shells. The kids splashed around in the water everyday.

Beautiful Beachside Bungalow

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of space and a private beach! Wish they had some beach chairs to our use but the sand was plenty soft to lay on our towels. We loved the casual feel of Folly Beach's main road just a short walk up the beach and it was just a short ride to downtown. Perfect location!

The unit is bottom floor so we just had peak-a-boo views of the beach/ocean but we just walked up a few steps and the beach was literally steps away! The price is right for this place. The unit is modern and very stylish with all new appliances and recently remodeled. It's actually stunning! Tv in each bedroom and living room was nice. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, flatware, pots and pans., small appliances. Loved having a washer dryer in the unit. I would recommend this place and we'll stay again. It was not stocked with some basics, like foil, Saran, garbage bags, paper towels, spices or olive oil. The fridge is completely bare, so bring all condiments, butter, etc. There is a salt and pepper shaker. Overall, fantastic beach vacation! NC

After staying here I don't understand why anyone would complain about this property. Beautiful modern interior with new everything. The property management company was great to work with and extremely pleasant, polite and attentive. The dune in front of this unit is perfect to allow you to see out, however, it prevents beachcombers from seeing into the house during the evenings while you still enjoy open shades. The deck above provides an excellent shaded porch to enjoy the outdoors without the direct sunlight beating down on you. Personally, I appreciated a little distance from downtown Folly. I enjoy a nice quiet nights sleep free from the party atmosphere of downtown. It is also perfectly located if you like to beachcomb. There are more hidden treasures in the sand in front of this house than other parts of the beach.

A great little beach side property in a quiet location. It was as if we had our own little private beach. Restaurants and shops were a little hike away but we didn’t mind the exercise.Rental agency were good. From the point of booking they always made themselves available, and I felt confident that we could easily contact them in event of an emergency
