Paradise Peak is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo located on the top level of the Oceanfront Villas community. Visitors to Paradise Peak share a rare, oceanfront view from one of the highest elevations on Folly Beach. The ocean is laid out before you with the endless expanse of the sky as your personal backdrop. Inside, quaint nautical decor is fused with clever country flair. Tile flooring is used in the main area, which includes the living room, dining area, and kitchen as well as the bathrooms while the bedrooms are plushly carpeted. You'll find floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the master bedroom, which provide an uninterrupted view of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of a couch or a bed. A lengthy and private balcony is just on the other side of the windows and furnished with porch furniture to soak up the views and relax after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has private access to the balcony as well. All 3 bathrooms are fresh and provide calm, coastal vibes. Paradise Peak is almost equidistant between the two Charleston Oceanfront Villa pools. Two pools are located right on the beach but kept only for the use of Charleston Oceanfront Villa guests. Both of these pools are not heated and open seasonally each year from April 1- October 31st. It is a simple walk or elevator ride downstairs to step onto the sands of Folly Beach! Furthermore, it is the shortest of walks to Center Street, where you will find all of the restaurants, shopping and nightlife Folly has to offer. Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located only 15 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The Oceanfront Villas are individually owned, and each year from October-March allow a period of time for owners to complete construction projects. This may involve noise for neighboring condos

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.

This is our fifth time staying at Charleston Ocean Villas and the second time staying at Paradise Peak. We love the oceanfront condo. The condo has everything your need to make your stay comfortable. The condo is very clean and the balcony has amazing ocean and pier views. Center Street is a quick walk with restaurants or Charleston is about 15 minutes away in the car. We were sorry to have to leave but look forward to staying again soon.

Loved the property. The kitchen was well equipped. We liked that there was a TV in every bedroom. The King master bed was very comfortable. Very roomy with lots of storage. Loved that there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher. We had a problem right off the bat. The keyless entry pin that we were given several times did not work when we arrived - 5pm on a Sunday. We had to call the answering service. However, we were delighted and surprised that someone from Dunes Properties call us within 5 minutes with the correct code and stayed on the line until we were able to access the property. Overall Dunes Properties were very responsive and professional.

We have stayed at Charleston Ocean Villas numerous times. The condo has plenty of room and all the necessary supplies to make your stay comfortable. The condo is very clean. The condo is on on the top floor (4th floor) and the views are amazing. We were there during Hurricane Ian. A little stressful not knowing how much of the storm we would experience, but all was well. Can’t wait to return.

The property was very clean! The location in the builing was great- we were close to the pool and the beach access. I loved the keyless entry, we did not have to worry about keeping up with an extra set of keys. There were plenty of decent restuarants within walking distance and it was only a 20 minute drive to Charleston. I got quick and great responses from management when I had questions.

We loved staying in this condo! It is large with plenty of space and bedrooms. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom, which our kids loved! The bathrooms and kitchen are up-to-date and attractive. The furniture is comfy and the large sliding doors to the balcony and ocean view are wonderful. We had them open all the time. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance of the condo—no need to drive and worry about parking elsewhere. Charleston is an easy drive, too. Wish we could have stayed another week!

Perfect girls getaway

This condo hit all of our check marks. Location was excellent - beach front, walking distance within many restaurants and bars, and there is a gas station nearby, as well as a cute market called Bert's for any essentials. An uber to Downtown was roughly $15-$25. We didn't need to request much, but the management company was extremely courteous at check in. Having access to the pool was also great to have as an option besides the beach. I will definitely be back!
