This gorgeous Ocean Pointe Villa is located across the street from the beach with unobstructed beach and ocean views, making it the perfect choice for a beach retreat. The private front porch entrance and the large, covered back deck provide plenty of relaxing space to listen to the waves and enjoy the ocean breezes. After a day of sightseeing or swimming, wind down and soak in the view while dining al fresco and savoring a cold drink on the deck.

The primary bedroom has magnificent ocean views and a spacious master bathroom, with a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. Each bedroom in this condo hosts a TV and an en suite bath. Get caught up with your friends and family in the comfortable living area or gather to watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV.
Ocean Point Villas is a short stroll to the heart of Folly Beach. Grab an ice cream and check out the shops, restaurants and bars that make Center St. so special.
Two covered parking spaces are provided and there's also overflow guest parking available. (parking pass required for overflow spots, please inquire)

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.

We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.

Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.

In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
