Great views of the dunes and beach, and a quick walk to the beach as well. Quick and easy to walk back to the condo from the beach to grab snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. while the rest of the gang stayed at the beach - could even see them on the beach from the condo! Condo itself was a great fit for our family, and the elevator was handy with hauling our luggage. We’d happily stay here again.

 The property was very clean and well appointed. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from the deck and the living room. We appreciated the short walk to the beach. Parking was under cover of the building and close to our condo. We truly felt at home and enjoyed our time there.

The condo felt much bigger and spacious in person. I haven’t stayed in a condo like this before and was also pleasantly surprised by the privacy. Everything was clean, well stocked for our stay, and the location is world-class. There is “so much” to experience within walking distance of this property and the view is amazing. Loved the balcony and too many great things to list here.

Girl's long weekend and loved each of us had our own bedroom and bath. Right across the street to the ocean and the view was great. My mom was with us (82 years young) and it was nice to have the elevator.

The location is perfect. You can walk to everything. The place is very clean and nice. It is the little things we missed. A hairdryer, the elevator working, explanations on parking and location when checking in, salt and pepper, a working Ice maker.

The condo was very clean and accommodating for a family of 4-6. It was nice to walk into a kitchen that was spacious and supplied most of the amenities one would need in a vacation . The bathrooms were clean and the towels were like new. The covered porch was a bonus so you could enjoy meals while looking out at the ocean . Having a washer an dryer was very nice as well.

Condo had all the basics covered. But the win was the location!! Close to the beach & close to town. Never got in our car. Ocean view and the sound of the waves were perfect with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night.

This is a great property with awesome views of Folly Beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was figuring out the different TV remotes, there may have been instructions but didn't see any. We were overall very happy with our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Pointe 101. It had a great view, and easy walking distance to the beach and Center Street. The kitchen could have used a few more utensils but overall it was a nice place to stay.

Great location, easy access to beach. It was great to have covered parking, two parking spaces, and an elevator. Enjoyed each bedroom having its own bathroom. Walking distance to downtown for a tropical beverage, ice cream or stop in at a souvenir shop.

Loved the location, we wanted a little beach time and some Charleston time and it was perfect.Condo was clean. Had a few issues, dishwasher was broken and was told it couldn't be replaced till after we left. We were given a $100.00 credit. The bedroom with twin beds could use a chest of drawers to put cloths in. The staff were all very nice and helpful, got back to me right away. I would rent again.

Far enough away from town that it’s quiet, but close enough to walk to lunch. While not directly on the beach, it has great ocean views and the beach access is footsteps away. The condo was very clean and did not feel dated at all. If you like to cook while on vacation, the kitchen was lacking a bit (i.e: sharp knives, cutting boards, pans with lids, functional toaster, and a few other things). But overall it worked well for our needs and we would rent again.

First visit to Folly Beach and the location of the villa is perfect. In walking distance to dining and stores. Also an absolutely beautiful view of the beach from the deck. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. Agreed that there could be more items in the kitchen for cooking but that was clearly stated prior to rental so cannot make an issue of that. If we returned to the area I would definitely stay again.
