Very nice condo right on the beach! Beautiful view, large balcony. Condo vas very clean and nicely decorated. Everything seemed new- freshly painted and updated. One of the nicest places we have stayed. Very close to the town- restaurants and shops. Walkable - we never used our car! Highly recommend this place! We hope to be back!

This location was absolutely awesome and more! Private balcony was amazing. Convenient parking with 2 spaces. Right on the beach and close to everything! Worth the money. The $250 credit for beach stuff was not really geared for winter guests but a great idea for warmer weather stays. All the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable. Bathrooms were perfect. Very clean. Quick responses if we had questions. When we visit again, this is where we will choose to stay for sure.

The rental is directly on Folly Beach, as advertised

We booked this rental, because we wanted to be on the beach but also close to Charleston -- to do some beach relaxation and to enjoy Charleston\'s history and ambience. This was a perfect location. The rental is directly on Folly Beach, as advertised. It is located ~200 yards from the main Folly Beach pier. The beaches are expansive and easily accessible from the condo. It is ~20 minutes from the French Quarter. Immediately upon entering the condo, we were impressed. It is spotless! As promised, it appears to be totally renovated. It was modern, bright and white and fully updated. You can enjoy the ocean vista from the main living area and front bedroom (#1), as well as from the large balcony. The roomy kitchen came with updated appliances, plenty of countertop space and had the necessary cookware and utensils. The property description was clear about the items that we needed to provide. The condo is less than 2 blocks from Folly Beach\'s \'downtown\' with bars and restaurants, and the quirky but amazingly well provisioned, Bert\'s grocery store. The photos provided in the listing were very helpful and accurate, particularly as to the interior and exterior of the unit and the the unit\'s location vis-a-vis the beach and other beach properties. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay. We appreciated having local property management nearby, with special thanks to Lacey & the Vacations Team. We would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Traveled with my teens and this was a perfect location. We were able to walk to many restaurants, plus a super cool convenience store nearby. Can’t beat the location and view right on the beach. Condo was tastefully decorated and immaculate. Really enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning with the ocean view. Check in and communication easy breezy.

Just perfect for anyone wanting to spending days at the beach to relax. The unit was easy to access. Having a parking spot, kitchen, laundry, rooms with their own closets and bathrooms was extremely nice for a long stay.

The code for the door I originally received via email did not work when we arrived. But just as I was trying to figure out why I received a text message with an alternate code. From that point on it was smooth sailing. You’re a short walk to the beach and everything in the downtown area. After arriving we never got back into the car until it was time to leave. We will definitely look at this place again next time we are back in Folly.

Property is brand spanking new, so nothing to complain about. This property is only a few buildings from the clubs and bars, so the noise is well and pleasantly drowned out by the waves of the ocean. This property was very nice size for our family of 4. Also WELL EQUIPPED with linens, towels, cook and dishware, pots and pans. No pizza cutter, but certainly not an issue since kitchen shears were supplied. The beach is only steps away and is fully visible from the balcony. We were given an incorrect code for the door and management was prompt with getting us a new one--they were uber friendly and eager to please. The washer and dryer was inoperable but after a frantic search for the fuse box, my husband reset that fuse and we were back in business. Nothing at all bad about this rental and the management team. We were thoroughly impressed, pleased and hope they maintain this caliber of comstumer service in the years to come. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this reantal property to others.
