Upcoming Construction Notice:
Please be aware that from October 2024 through Summer 2025, the Charleston Oceanfront Villas HOA will be replacing all oceanfront sliding doors. This project will be conducted stack by stack, starting with units ending in -23 and working toward the pier and units ending in -01. This project has been experiencing multiple delays, causing most of the building to be under construction at once. Work is expected 7am-6pm on weekdays, with limited parking, views, and accessibility. Half of the parking lot is inaccessible at any time, with workers, trucks and equipment being stored around property. While we are provided details, we are not in charge of the project and do our best to keep up with any new updates. Please inquire for the latest delay information and work location.

Living Area:
The spacious living room features modern furnishings, a large Smart HDTV with HD cable, and streaming apps for entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views and access to a breezy balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the coastal ambiance. The villa also includes a mini bar with a mini fridge, perfect for mixing up cocktails.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The open layout allows for easy meal preparation, and the breakfast bar provides additional seating for casual dining.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, HD Smart Cable TV, and access to the balcony with ocean views.
Bedroom #2: King bed, private en-suite bathroom with modern fixtures, and HD Smart TV.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4, and HD Smart TV.
Bedroom #4: Two twin bunk beds, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and Smart TV with streaming options.

Bathrooms:
All bathrooms have been fully updated with modern amenities, including tiled showers, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Oceanfront Views: Enjoy stunning ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom, along with direct access to the large private balcony.
Two Oceanfront Pools: Take a dip in one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).
Private Beach Access: Charleston Oceanfront Villas offers private beach access, outdoor showers, and a pool deck with chaise lounge chairs.
Private Covered Parking: Two complimentary parking spaces are provided, with additional parking available upon request.

Book a stay of 4โ€“14 nights and receive a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals, courtesy of our partnership with VayK Gear! Please note: The HOA does not allow bikes, surfboards, kayaks, or paddleboards from VayK Gear on the property.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.

Great Place!

We loved our vacation at this condo! The recent remodels are absolutely stunning, and you can tell it's really well taken care of. The addition of a half bath in the hallway was so clever! The view is unbeatable. We'd definitely stay again and again!
