Absolutely perfect location if you’re looking to walk out of your front daily and park it on the beach! Inside is soo cute and has everything you need! The bed is super comfy as well! It is further down on east ashley, so if you’re wanting to venture into downtown folly daily- you’ll want to get a golf cart ( it’s the best!) Absolutely great property and we will be coming back forsure!!!
Property is perfect for a couple and for pets. Nice fenced area to secure pets and comfortable environment inside and out.
This stay was in an amazing and quiet location on the beach! A very easy stay!
This was our first stay at Folly Beach and it was fantastic! The weather was beautiful, the beach was not crowded, the proximity to Main Street was perfect and afforded ultimate privacy. We can’t wait to visit again!
You have a short and I mean short walk to the gate, you open the gate to this paradise of a backyard, much bigger than many properties I've stayed at; decorated beautifully, beachy and cozy. Then, pop through the other side of gate and bam!! You are on this amazing slice of beach that goes for miles in each direction. No worries when you return, outdoor shower, beach chairs, whatever you need. What a great spot!

Just What I Needed
