Living Area:
The spacious living room features tile floors, large windows offering floor-to-ceiling ocean views, and direct access to the expansive oceanfront deck. The room is beautifully furnished, with a 50" Smart HDTV for rainy days or evenings in. The deck, equipped with bar-height outdoor furniture and lounge chairs, is ideal for enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach, including views of the Folly Beach Fishing Pier.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Its open layout allows for easy interaction between the kitchen, dining area, and living space, making it perfect for family meals and gatherings.

Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower and jacuzzi tub, and direct access to the oceanfront deck.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a private bathroom that also has hallway access.
Bedroom #3: Twin-over-queen bunk bed, en-suite bathroom—perfect for both children and adults.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are stylish, and equipped with tiled showers. The primary bathroom also features a relaxing jacuzzi tub. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Oceanfront Views: Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the living room, primary bedroom, and the large private deck.
Two Oceanfront Pools: Take a refreshing swim in one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).
Private Covered Parking: Two complimentary parking spaces are provided. Additional parking may be available upon request.

The place was exactly as advertised, the check in and check out process was easy. I was glad that there were luggage carts available along with elevators, it made bringing our things in very easy. I would recommend this place for anyone! The view is the beach was fantastic and there was a restaurant across the street. I plan on coming back here in the future.

Perfect condo for an awesome beach trip! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It is on the beach and has a great balcony for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening! And it is so close to Center Street and all of the great restaurants and shops! We had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Charleston Coast Vacations. The property was very clean and well kept. I liked having the limited access via key fob and security codes. We loved being able to walk everywhere with so many food choices and live entertainment. We plan on coming back and hope to stay here again.

Great location - never stayed that close to the water

This condo was exactly what we were looking for - 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to Center Street with all of the shops and restaurants. We had never stayed anywhere that was that close to the water! We loved it and would go back today!

The property was in a great location. We have never stayed that close to the ocean before! We had everything that we needed to cook meals and there was a good starter pack of laundry and dishwasher detergents. It was great to have a separate bathroom for each of the three bedrooms. Our family had a great time there and will consider it again when we come back to the Charleston area.

Perfect vacation spot

Beachfront beauty - Clean, roomy, easy location & parking-beach, beach, beach!

Loved the 3/3 setup with the beautiful master opening to the large deck, roomy master bath & simple, tasteful decor! Although it is not new & needs a few details updated (Teflon scratched pans replaced, mismatched flatware & dishes), the furnishings and location were better than expected & our one call to management to work the TV cable & get a slow drain cleared were handled immediately (TV over phone with clear instructions & handyman arrived within 30 minutes & fixed the drain!) and kindly. Beds were comfy & linens ample-bring your own dish towel, beach towels & chairs, though. Wifi, cable TVs, 2 elevators, good A/C, well-equipped kitchen & updated master shower all nice, but having coffee on those great deck chairs with the huge beach view & surf sound was outstanding! We had food allergies in our group, but a couple of FB restaurants (incl Tokyo Crepes truck), easy access to nearby Harris Teeter, & the very close & funky Bert's market gave us fun organic & GFDF options, even for desserts! Fabulous family spring break option, beach not too crowded, our gated parking & no alcohol allowed on the beach kept it sane. Charleston & plantations were close for great dining & history - recommend carriage tour, Middleton plantation, & Five Loaves & Husk restaurants! We walked 5 miles on the beach every morning! We will happily book the Graceful Egret again.

Awesome time and place

This condo was spotless, the convenience is wonderful. You can sit in the condo and enjoy the beach because you are so close. The furnishings are comfortable, TVs are great. Best Oceanfront Villa in Folly Beach - Hands Down

The Graceful Egret is easily my #1 favorite place to stay on Folly Beach. My family and I have been coming here for over 18 years but this villa is so well furnished with all the needed amenities that we'll continue to come for decades to come. This villa was expertly furnished and at the same time exemplifies that classic beach-style vibe for the ultimate relaxing getaway/vacation. LOCATION The views here are stunning and you're in a very short jaunt away from the most popular Folly locales - restaurants, beach stores, pier - not to mention the amazing views from the deck and master bedroom. The location is second to none but what sets The Graceful Egret apart from the other villas or homes on the ocean is the extreme comfort and relaxation that comes naturally while you're here. Plus, you're a very short yet scenic drive away from downtown Charleston. VILLA My family and I have been to just about every designation on the southeast coast but this villa is heads and shoulders above the rest. Bunk beds and trundle? Check. A master bedroom that allows for ocean views and the calming crashing ocean waves? Check. It feels like home but better. I really liked the added touches like the great artwork, photos, what seemed to be brand new furniture and the fantastic and speedy WIFI. The HDTVs are great for a post-dinner movie session. If you have a Netflix account, you can easily input your login to the main TV for some mini-binge watching (who watches TV while at the beach anyway?). The pictures on the Dunes Properties site are a very accurate depiction but it's better than advertised. BEACH Folly is fantastic and the renourishment project has improved several miles up and down the coast. Best advice I've given friends who've visited based on many recommendations is to hit the beach from the morning to noon, eat lunch and then enjoy either of the two villa pools. Perfect combo and best of both worlds. OVERALL Perfect balance of all worlds. I recommend while you're there to huddle the family together to determine next year's return to The Graceful Egret because it's very popular and books up quickly - and it's obvious why that is. Bottom line, the owner's of this property have to be proud to share this vacation spot with others. It's the perfect combination of everything a family or group of friends would want or need in a perfectly located oceanfront location in Folly.

I have used Dunes Properties many times to make reservations for Charleston Ocean Front Villas. I have been extremely pleased with all interactions with the staff at Dunes Properties and will always use only them when scheduling my vacations at Folly Beach. I have also told of my friends about them.
