This 3 bedroom 3 bath villa is perfect for families and filled with class. Solid tile runs throughout the entire home which is decorated with a subtle mix of classic island imagery and tons of family life. Each of the three bedrooms each have their own character.
The deck provides an uninhibited view of the Folly Beach Fishing Pier, the beach, as well as endless miles of ocean and sky. Outdoor furniture includes a bar-height patio table with four chairs which allows you to make the most of the ocean view. Two additional Adirondack style bar-height chairs are available to comfortably seat six at the outside table. Relax and enjoy the salt air from one of two lounge chairs. Also shared with the living room are ceiling to floor windows that really open the ocean view to the entire home. For the rare rainy day, guests can enjoy watching TV on the 50" Smart HDTV.

Bedroom 1:The primary bedroom has a queen bed that is connected to a renovated bathroom. A tiled shower shares the room with a jacuzzi tub. There is also access to the oceanfront deck that is shared with the living room.
Bedroom2: Bedroom #2 has another queen bed along with a bathroom that shares an access to the hallway
Bedroom 3: Bedroom #3 has a set of bunk beds, a twin over a queen with an en suite bathroom, perfect for children and adults alike.

The Graceful Egret is a perfect place to experience Folly Beach and relax while doing so in a bit of style. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with smart tv capabilities.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.
