The primary bedroom on this floor has a king-size bed with private bath. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds, and they share a bath. Every room has a flat-screen TV. The game room has a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, foosball table and it leads to the ocean facing deck on the side of the home.

The second floor has the full kitchen that includes everything you need to cook large family meals, including a gas-range and seating for the whole family.
