We had such a wonderful stay! The property is perfect for multiple families as everyone had their own space, yet there what’s plenty of room to spend time together. Management was prompt in answering any questions we had and addressing any issues with the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future!

We really enjoyed staying at Sunkissed. The house is very big and easily accommodated our entire family without anyone feeling crowded. The beds were all very comfortable and each room had a TV. The house also has ample restrooms and showers. The house is just steps away from the beach and the garage was a nice feature to store all of our beach gear daily. We enjoyed the large kitchen/eating area and den. There were enough seats at the table and bar so that we could all eat together each night. The property has 3 refrigerators all on different floors which was also a huge bonus for our family. The rooftop area was amazing — it provides the best sunset views in the evenings. The elevator was also extremely helpful in getting our luggage up to each floor. Thanks so much for such a great week at Folly!

Beautiful property. Very clean, very nice furniture, rooms were pretty with crisp white quilts. The whole house was nicely decorated and not cluttered. All of us loved staying there. The views from all 3 floors were amazing. I was very pleased. Having the small kitchen on the second floor was beneficial. Linens were very nice. Lots of windows with beautiful views of the ocean.

For first time Spring Breakers to Folly Beach this house was absolutely perfect! The photos are beautiful, but don’t really give you the feel of how HUGE it is! There’s so many things to list and I’ll start with my personal favorites. The main floor has a king bedroom with two separate bathrooms and two separate walk in closets. I have never seen this configuration before and will totally be taking notes when I build a new house. There’s another large bedroom with two twin beds on this level, a full kitchen/living room, fireplace and what looks to be a brand new living room set. The coffee table opens into a tv tray type situation which was great for the kids. Speaking of kids, this is an excellent house for families because you can totally isolate on two different levels. The second floor has three large bedrooms, one of which is a Jack and Jill bathroom great for kids, another living room, back deck overlooking the ocean, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink) and then a totally separate game room with a pull out couch and a foosball table. That room leads to the large deck that seats 15 where we played bags every night and had dinner. There’s also a massive roof deck on the top of the house with a wet bar and a wine cooler. Then on the ground floor is ANOTHER game area with a pool table, ping-pong and seating! Our housemates mother visited and used the elevator - the kids loved that feature and made luggage hauling so much easier. We saw dolphins, tons of surfers, went seashell collecting, walked to the lighthouse/nature preserve area and went into town too. The Washout has the best kids meals in town for $6! I popped into the sister house on the ocean and it’s just as big with an amazing view. We will be back (hopefully with a bigger group for both houses next time)

Loved the location, house much bigger than we had expected, amenities were great (kitchen, beach, and game rooms), beds were comfortable, beach access was fantastic, easy drive to downtown Folly and Charleston. The vacation gear voucher was awesome and a total surprise! We rented bikes and enjoyed our explorations! We saw dolphins and surfers every day Beach was beautiful!
