Important Update – Ongoing Work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas

Please note that there is ongoing work at Charleston Oceanfront Villas. Neighboring villas on the east end are currently replacing their sliding doors. As a result, the east end pool is expected to remain closed until mid-June.

The west end pool has been open since April 1, so guests will still have access to a pool during their stay. We’re excited to share that the slider door project is making great progress, unit 209 Ocean’s Nine has been fully completed as of April 2025, and the new doors are much more user friendly with a slight tint to help keep the condo cool.

This bright and vibrant condo is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, offering stunning ocean views and a fun, beachy atmosphere. With tile flooring and coastal accents, Ocean’s Nine provides the perfect backdrop for your stay at Folly Beach.

Living Area:
The spacious living room offers ample seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping ocean views, and a sliding glass door leads to the fully furnished private balcony, where you can enjoy the sea breeze.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, providing everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The open-concept design ensures that the kitchen, dining area, and living room all share the stunning ocean views.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed with a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom and access to the private balcony.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed and shared access to a renovated bathroom with a fully tiled shower.
Bedroom #4: Two twin beds, located near the front of the condo, sharing the renovated bathroom with Bedroom #3.

Bathrooms:
Three modern bathrooms, including a fully renovated en-suite for the master bedroom and a shared bathroom with a fully tiled shower for Bedrooms #3 and #4. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Oceanfront Views: Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living room, dining area, and private balcony.
Two Oceanfront Pools: Take a refreshing swim in one of the two oceanfront pools (open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting).
Private Covered Parking: Two complimentary parking spaces are provided. Additional parking may be available upon request.
Convenient Elevators: Two elevators on-site for easy access throughout the complex.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
