The space also features a built-in bar with glasses and a functional sink, perfect for mixing drinks. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning ocean views, leading out to the expansive balcony that spans the entire length of the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. With ample counter space and a breakfast bar, it’s perfect for preparing meals while enjoying the ocean view.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, renovated en-suite bathroom with a spa-like tiled shower, double vanities, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony.
