This 4 bedroom 4 bath villa is classy, understated, and a perfect way to treat your family or group to a touch of coastal luxury. The decorations are minimal, allowing the guest to be in their own temporary vacation home, as opposed to visiting someone else’s. Tile flooring runs the entire length of the public space which includes a full kitchen with a breakfast counter, a spacious dining area and comfortable living room. There is even a bar stocked with glasses and a functional sink. Both master bedrooms provide a spectacular ocean view. The main master bathroom has been completely renovated to include a spa-like tiled shower, double vanities and extra space. The second master bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower/tub combo. The gift of an ocean sunrise on the East Coast is yours for the taking from your balcony which runs the entire length of this marathon villa and overlooks the private community pool as well as the Atlantic Ocean. This particular abode faces a bit south providing a unique and endless view of the west side of Folly Beach straight across the Stono Inlet to Kiawah Island.

All the restaurants, bars and shopping that downtown Folly Beach has to offer are within walking distance. However, you may find it difficult to leave the nest once you’ve gotten a taste of what “Shaken, Not Stirred” has to offer. The Oceanfront Villas also feature 2 oceanfront pools, that are open seasonally from April 1st- October 31st of each year!

Life on Folly Beach follows a fun, relaxing pace. During the winter, it is a small town at the end of the highway. In the summer, it is a vacation destination. Folly Beach is home to the famous Morris Island Lighthouse, colorful locals, sand, sun and some of the best surf on the East Coast. Also home to many species of endangered wildlife, Folly is a nature-lover's dream complete with a maritime forest and dolphin-filled waters. Due to the abundance of outdoor activities and water sports, this normally sleepy beach town comes to life during the warmer months, welcoming visitors and locals alike to water ski, fish, crab and surf. Folly offers the best of both worlds with six miles of beach on one side and equally stunning river views on the other. For many, Folly is considered 'Charleston's Beach' because it is located just 8 miles from the historic peninsula. Although it's close to all the great things Charleston has to offer, once you cross the Folly River, you feel a world away. A dazzling combination of bohemian style and laid-back hospitality make this quiet little beach town a true gem on the 'Edge of America.' Folly Beach offers dining, recreation, casual shopping, oceanfront and creekside accommodations, sunbathing and beach combing. You/'ll even find an 'old time' grocery store which still delivers to your door. Recreation options will suit almost anyone with swimming, fishing, boating, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, cycling, para sailing and much more.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.
