The open-concept living area includes tile flooring throughout, a full kitchen with a breakfast counter, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room with ample seating. Perfect

First of all, Charleston Coast Vacations is WONDERFUL. The reservationists are so kind and helpful. The portal and information is exceptional. They just make the best reservation experience! The property itself was wonderful. Very tastefully remodeled, modern and beachy selections. The unit presented as very clean, and the pools/decks/common areas were also well maintained. We had no disappointments whatsoever! We hope to come back!

Great stay!

We will definitely stay here again! Location is good with several restaurants within walking distance. The beach was perfect and not crowded at all. Same for the pool. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Beautiful Property

This condo has lovely and well-appointed furnishings. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to accommodate a large group. The porch furniture is plentiful and very comfortable. We just completed our third stay and will likely book this property again.

We spent NYE week at this property, and we were two couples with small children. The property was spacious enough for all of us, comfy beds and sofas and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset views. We got lucky as on NYE the city fireworks were set off right in front of the building on the beach. We would stay here again!

Great Condo with easy access to everything in area and incredible oceanfront view

First this property is newly renovated and looked like a million dollar property (I’m sure it is). The condo itself was immaculate, clean, and everyone had a bathroom for all the bedrooms. Linens were clean and had all amenities. The oceanfront view is a once in a lifetime access point to wake up to the ocean, run on the beach, or just overlooking the pool. Walking into town is a breeze as you’re a block from everything...and if you need to run to a Wal-Mart/Harris Teeter, its’ 5-10 min drive. I would highly recommend someone staying in this condo...a bit pricey, but it was totally worth it. If you had to have one complaint (hard to do) it would be that trying to drive away from town on a busy Sat/Sun is near impossible. But then again, the beach is immaculate and I can see why everyone comes to Folly Island.

Beautiful and comfortable condo

This ocean front villa was perfect for us 5 women. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great when getting ready to go out. The town is convenient just a block away to walk for delicious dinners. Although the condo did not have beach chairs, it was easy to rent a chair and umbrella and reasonable too for the day. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. If I came back to see Charleston, I would definitely stay here.

We had a wonderful experience. The Condo was even nicer than we expected. The pool was a bit cold but for the start of April, not much else you can expect. 2 minutes and we were on the beach from the room, cna't argue with that. The weather cooperated with us, just in time for the trip. My son even cried when we got home because he wanted to go back. Thank you, again.

We had a very nice unit with a wonderful view of the beach and pool. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the spacious condo and the excellent condition of everything. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great food. Fabulous Condo!

'Shaken Not Stirred' was a fabulous condo. We had 4 couples and this worked out great with the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The common area was fabulous for sitting around talking and watching the "games". The condo was very clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and watching the dolphins. With this property being only a short drive to Charleston, we had a marvelous time exploring the city and enjoyed trying the famous restaurants for lunch each day. We really enjoyed walking to the Town of Folly Beach and having dinner at a different restaurant each night. We also enjoyed exploring the island, looking for the house our great aunt and uncle occupied many years ago and seeing the little Methodist Church where we all attended their 50th anniversary more than 20 years ago. We look forward to coming back to this beautiful, peaceful place very soon!!! City, NC

The perfect place

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to reconnect and reminisce about our childhood and high school years. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony with unbelievably beautiful views. Loved the balcony furniture also. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend and hopefully we can return someday.

Relax and toast the day

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and the view was killer. We were early in the season so no pool but beach was great. We were two couples but spread out to all four rooms. Everyone enjoyed themselves. If you are going to cook bring everything but the pans. We ate out the entire time but if coming for the week bring your spices,oils, etc. Beds were comfy. I would recommend getting up early for the sunrise. Quick walk down the beach provides one of the best sunrises you will ever see.
