Welcome to Saylors' Folly, a professionally designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. This coastal gem, inspired by Coastal Living magazine, offers luxurious touches and breathtaking ocean views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and even the kitchen. Perfect for families, this spacious and stylish villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Living Area:
The open-concept living area features tiled floors and stunning ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room opens onto a spacious oceanfront deck, perfect for enjoying the salty breeze and sunset views. The stylish interior and ample seating create a perfect space for relaxation or gathering with family.

Kitchen:
The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. With its sleek design and open layout, it’s a perfect place to prepare meals while enjoying ocean views.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King bed with ocean views and deck access, plus a spacious, newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a fully tiled shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with comfortable furnishings.

All bathrooms have been fully renovated with modern fixtures and tiled showers. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The condo was very spacious and has a nice decor. The best part was the views and the location which was in close proximity to everything. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Excited, but let down

I now know why I didn’t see any current reviews on this property. First night I find black mold in bathroom hallway on the ceiling in two spots. One plug in doesn’t work and isn’t secured to the wall. Then there is a light switch plate missing in the closet I stuck my hand in trying to turn on light, thankfully there wasn’t any wires that shocked me. Ceiling light in kids room isn’t even attached fully to the ceiling. I was really excited about the balcony I saw advertised on the website but there wasn’t no blue little tables or rug! The furniture was there and moldy pillows! If I was a betting girl I would guess there is mold behind the faucet in kitchen, because the faucet doesn’t stick enough in the sink and the water is constantly getting behind the faucet. I called the management and they got back right away but couldn’t do anything tell the next day. They called back before 11 ish the next day with only one property with an ocean view. We went to look at it and it had a lot of stairs which I had explained I have COPD and just got out of the hospital, stairs are hard for me. I noticed as I was going up the stairs there was a section of the railing not even attached that if a grandkid should fall into that railing going up or down they could have really been hurt or worse. Get in the house I tell my husband this hasn’t been cleaned and peoples shoes and groceries and a book is still here. I’m not sure it’s not empty. We go out to look at the view I can’t even see the beach to watch the kids play. So we stayed once they told me they cleaned the bathroom but we decided it would be safer to keep that bathroom closed and run the fan in there. I asked to get 20 percent knocked off our bill Tuesday because of what we was exposed to and they didn’t have anything to offer with the same beach view.

SAYLORS FOLLY!! CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK

Looking forward to my next opportunity to return to Saylor's Folly! Besides being in a great location at Folly Beach, the condo is close to the restaurants and shops. Easy walk. It also has two pools to enjoy besides the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean during the evening!! Condo was clean, updated, and very comfortable! Besides living area, the master bedroom overlooks the ocean My group liked the way the condo was decorated!! I will definitely be counting the days until I can return!! Beach

Very good experience all around From making my reservation to the time we were checked in. We had a couple of problems with the new key less entry on the doors and they took care of it ASAP. Left me extra towels because we had extra needs because of a big group. The condos were clean and excellent condition. Can’t wait to come back to Folly and rent again.

Fantastic!

What a nice condo! Our family had a great stay. We loved being on the beach and being able to walk to town. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I called to see if anything could be done about the sliding door that was difficult to open and the repair happened quickly, even on a Sunday. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that there wasn’t any beach chairs, or beach toys for guest use.

We LOVE LOVE LOVED Saylors Folly. We loved the style and decor in this unit. It looks like it was professionally done. Every little detail was amazing - down to the boat cleat cabinet pulls (so cute). We found the beds very comfortable and the linens were nice too. We found the property management company to be extremely responsive when we had an issue with the coffee maker and throughout the booking process. We've stayed in other units in this building and this one definitely is nice. We can't wait to come back.
