The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing.

We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average.

Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you.

In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.

We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license. Step back in time with a stay in this gracious, vintage beach house updated with all modern amenities. This home is the perfect place for 2 families to come together for some quality time on the beach! There's no need to choose between ocean view and marsh view because you get both! This property is located on the eastern end of Folly, right across the street from the beach. You will enjoy the cool ocean breeze while relaxing on the gracious front porch, which will comfortably accommodate your entire entourage. There's also a generous sized deck and screened in porch in the back, where you can enjoy the marsh wildlife. This deck opens up to an elegant backyard that is protected by Live Oak trees and leads to the beautiful Folly Island marsh

There are three spacious living areas on the first floor offering plenty of room for relaxation. The living room features heart pine floors, windows looking out to the beach, a 50” Roku TV, and french doors leading out to the large front porch and deck. The master bedroom and bath are located off this room. the real gem is the master bathroom which has his/her sinks. The tile floor flows into the gigantic shower which you can literally walk around in. It boasts three different shower heads, a seating area and three side-spray shower heads. Of course, the first thing you will notice when you enter the bathroom is the wonderfully decorated and spacious tub.There is one other bedroom and 1 and 1/2 baths on the main level. There is a game room in the center of the house with a poker table for evenings of card games.

The family room is open to the kitchen located at the back of the house with gorgeous views of the low country, marsh and river. It has a 50” Roku TV, comfortable seating area, and large dining table. The family room opens onto a deck for grilling, and a screened porch for enjoying the sunsets.

The spacious kitchen has recently been remodeled. In addition to a refrigerator, it has a countertop beverage fridge, toaster oven and toaster, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee pot, and plenty of well stocked cupboards. The washer and dryer have their designated space in the kitchen.

Upstairs are three more generous bedrooms, one being another master with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and french doors out to it’s own private porch with views of the beach. There is an additional play area on this level as well.

The huge front porch and front deck on this home are perfect for entertaining, sun bathing, and watching the surfers at the popular “Washout” spot across the street. There is an outdoor shower and the beach access is just a short walk across the street. So enjoy the sun and sand, and the nostalgia of yesteryears in this unique Folly Beach home.
