The living room, sun room and kitchen were completely renovated and professionally decorated in February, 2020. There is plenty of room for all the cooks to fit in the brand new, stainless steel kitchen. No excuses for anyone not to lend a hand! Then, gather around the large dining room table to enjoy a meal with all your friends and family. After dinner, sink into the comfortable new furniture in the living room and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. The sunroom has a beautiful ocean view and it overlooks the backyard. It’s a great place to get away from the heat but still be able to watch the kids in the pool or the ocean and sky.

3906 Palm Boulevard features a master bedroom with a private bath, ocean views, and private terrace. An additional king bed is offered in the guest bedroom, which also features ocean views. Just adjacent to the guest king bedroom is one of two bedrooms featuring bunk beds. The second bunk room is next to the guest bedroom that features two queen beds. The fourth bedroom is perfect for small children with a twin bunk bed set. The final guest bedroom is highlighted with a queen and twin bed.

While the whole Charleston Coast Vacations team is available to you, your reservation at this home will include a complimentary private Concierge who is available before, during, and after your stay! Your concierge can assist with booking beach chair rentals, organizing grocery delivery, and anything else you might need for the perfect beach vacation. The concierge will be your primary point of contact during your vacation should you need anything.

This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It is a smart home device that measures decibel levels and ensures privacy compliance, as it does not listen or record any audio.In the event that the noise level exceeds the set limit, you will receive a friendly reminder text message asking you to turn the noise down.  This is to help you avoid any violations that could result in a fine of $1087 per day from the Isle of Palms Police Department, along with significant penalties for the homeowner
