Guests are immediately greeted by fresh ocean air upon arrival, and the complex boasts two oceanfront pools. "Our Folly Place" is a beautifully redecorated villa that's perfect for a family getaway. The bright, inviting decor is inspired by the coastal ambiance, and the large windows offer breathtaking ocean views.

Guests can cook family meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, with new appliances and comfortable seating at the dining table. All bedrooms have comfortable, premium mattresses that ensure a good night's sleep and flat-screen TVs with premium cable channels. The primary bedroom also has a designated workspace, a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub to unwind after a long day.

The living room features an extra-large sofa that doubles as a queen bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests. "Our Folly Place" has the charm of yesteryear, with a real record player and vinyl LPs to entertain guests of all ages.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required. The pools at the Charleston Oceanfront Villas offer an excellent opportunity for a refreshing dip in the summer months, but it is essential to plan accordingly based on their seasonal operation and external weather conditions.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.
