Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located just steps away from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Folly Beach. The complex features two oceanfront pools, two elevators, private covered parking, and breathtaking ocean views. The pools are open seasonally from April 1 to October 31, weather permitting. The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and outside weather conditions will largely determine pool temperatures. Building management oversees the maintenance of pools and elevators, and these amenities may be closed for routine cleaning or maintenance.

Guests can rent essential beach gear like chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to enjoy a perfect day at the beach. Parking and Vehicle Guidelines
Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. For additional parking, requests can be made through building management based on availability.
