Changes in Latitude is a beautiful, newly renovated, 4 bedroom/4 bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor of Charleston Oceanfront Villas. This freshly renovated villa is the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway that offers stunning views across the beach, as well as the Folly Pier. The professionally designed villa has a balance between a modern interior finish while still managing to incorporate the light green and blue ocean accents to ensure the good vibes from the beach can be brought home.

Changes in Latitude was also designed to accommodate all types of work from home needs. A professionally installed Eero Pro Wifi with 600mb of service ensures that high speed internet is always a guarantee. There is a desk in the Master Bedroom as well as the ability for the coffee table in the living room to raise and become another desk. As it can be a challenge to escape work on vacation, the soft sounds of the waves crashing may help ease the work stress.

Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, en suite bathroom that also has
hallway access and a 43” Smart TV.
Bedroom #3 - King bed and private bath, 65” Smart TV, and floor to ceiling sliding doors that allow access to the balcony overlooking the beach.
Bedroom #4 - King bed, private bath, 65” Smart TV with
a spacious desk, private bathroom with double vanities, sliding floor to ceiling doors that allows access to the balcony and plenty of natural light.

The kitchen, dining room and living room has an open layout which makes a great place to wind down as a group after a long day in the sun. The large floor to ceiling windows and doors allow for natural light to illuminate the condo.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
