We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Spectacular Folly Beach Views! Enjoy not only marsh sunsets but also ocean sunrises from this lovely home. “Once Upon A Tide” sits on the marsh but you can also see and smell the ocean. Lowcountry living showcased at it’s finest!

Bring your camera and binoculars and enjoy the spectacular scenes Folly Beach has to offer. Back porch offers early evening sun sets brilliantly over the marsh. Egrets and other wading birds can be seen flying by. In the distance you can see the Morris Island Lighthouse and Charleston’s Ravenel Bridge.

Relax on the front porch and take in a different view. Sit in a rocking chair, feel the ocean breeze, watch pelicans flying by and watch the sun rise over the ocean.

The home is on the northeast end of Folly Beach, past the world famous surfing area known as the Washout. It is a block away from the beach (second row) and public access to the beach is a three-minute walk northeast. The home is 3 miles from downtown Center Street, where you can dine at local restaurants or walk the pier at night. You will need to drive a car, or rent a golf cart or bikes during your stay.

The home’s main living space,is on the top floor, with a comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. On this top floor, there is one bedroom, with a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom and shower. The tiled kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and electric appliances. Hardwoods run throughout the home.

Downstairs is a laundry room (with a washing machine and dryer) and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a new king-bed (mattress is Serta medium memory foam) and an attached bathroom and shower. Two other bedrooms downstairs have queen-sized beds. They share a bathroom and shower. The downstairs bedrooms access porches.

We have a professional staff available for any needs while on vacation.
