Pavilion Watch was the perfect rental

It is so hard to pick just one moment. We loved renting kayaks from Crosby’s, surfing lessons, walking to Morris Island Lighthouse, hanging out on the beach, and the many trips to Bert’s! . We were in walking distance to everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings!

Pavilion Watch was perfect for our family. All adults with two dogs. Three bedrooms and three baths met the needs of my family. The condo was furnished beautifully with a large deck and a view across the tides parking lot of the ocean waves and a short access to the beach. Parking in the shade in walking distance to all resturants. Thanks for another great Folly experience.

This was an amazing place to stay. It exceeded our expectations. Location was great…it is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and to the beach. Great Vacation Rental

My family and I have been vacationing in Folly Beach for the past 16 years. We've stayed in different places all over the island, but this is probably the best place we've rented. It was immaculately clean, beautiful view of the ocean, and was well stocked with everything you need. We were absolutely shocked when we saw it had a Keurig, portable fans in every room, hand soap, dish soap, a working ice maker that was full of ice when we got there, plenty of extra linens, and some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. It is also close to everything in Folly Beach. You can walk to the shops, restaurants, and the beach within 2-3 minutes. We also got a beach gear rental credit of $175 for staying here. Our chairs, umbrella, and bike were delivered and waiting on us when we got there. When it comes to vacation rentals, it is definitely true that you get what you pay for. This is the most expensive rental we've paid for in Folly Beach for our yearly trip, but it is the nicest/best place we've stayed. We really wanted to stay a full week, but couldn't afford the two extra days. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Perfect Place for Much Needed Reflection

My mom passed away in September and couldn’t handle a Christmas at my place in downtown Charleston so booked the rental and was the perfect location for strolls on the beach with friends, family and my dog. Brought a ‘pop up’ Christmas tree as the only decoration and was just great and allowed for some peace and reflection.

Perfect Folly Stay! -Amazing location

This place has it all! Perfectly located in the heart of Folly, walking distance to Beach, Pool, Bars/Restaurants, and convenience store. Also, only a 20 minute drive/Uber to downtown Charleston. Stunning views of the beach from the back deck. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were very clean and quiet! We spent a week with family and friends, and everyone raved about this place. We will definitely be coming again. Whether a Bachelorette/Bachelor party, Family Vacation, or relaxing weekend, I would highly recommend this property to anyone

Great Place!

My family and I spent a week here on vacation, and the location couldn't be better. We were walking distance to everything, and the adults loved being able to get a drink right down the street! The beach is right across the street, and the addition of a pool on property makes the perfect compromise when the kids want to swim, but adults don't want to get sandy.
