Spend your time lounging by the luxurious outdoor pool, or if you’re more of an active type, check out the putting green while listening to the waves crash on the beach just a few feet away. After a sun-filled day on the beach, come home to relax on any of the three decks featured at this home- poolside, screened in middle level, or watch the sun set from the top.

Through the front door to your right is a bedroom with a twin over full bunk with a twin trundle. Keep walking into the fully equipped kitchen, which features an open floor plan connecting to the living room. Off of the dining room, you’ll find a bedroom with a King size bed. Upstairs, enjoy a secondary living area with incredible ocean views. The living room is surrounded by four bedrooms, one in each corner. The two rooms on the left feature King sized beds, and the two on the right have Queen sized beds. Every bedroom in the home has an en suite bathroom & a television.

***Pool will not heat if air temperature drops below 65 degrees

** The house has an elevator. However, it's not a feature we advertise and prefer not used as it has mechanical issues from time to time. Repairs to elevators can take 3-7 business days**

***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license.
