Beautiful home with so much space for large families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of living area. Large kitchen table for gathering, eating and playing games. Two decks overlooking the beach are stunning. Clean. Totally updated. Great location. Dune Properties employees are so responsive and easy to work with. We looked past several different rental options for our large group and SurSea is definitely the best Folly Beach house due to its size, number of rooms and amenities - and it is so bright and updated.

This beach house has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for our group of eleven. The beach access is amazing and the views are breath taking. Would love to stay here again!

What a find!

Wow. Being able to find a 6 bedroom house all with en-suite bathrooms is amazing. The house was really well cared for and super clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked everything was. If you want to cook they have it all, but it was also super walkable to the restaurants in downtown folly which is great after a few drinks. Loved watching the dolphins in the water from our great beach front view and we will definitely come back when it’s warmer to use the heated pool, that’s a great little addition for when you don’t want to get all sandy. We went into downtown Charleston as well which is actually a really quick drive from the house and easy to get to. We had a great time, and loved that everyone had their own space. It was great to hang out, eat in, or go out and so nice that we had all those options easily. Can’t wait to go back this summer!

The Perfect Folly Beach Getaway

The home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our large group with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The house was very clean upon arrival, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked. That first view of the ocean out of the full back wall of windows is just stunning. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed spreading out in the living spaces. It was an easy trip into downtown Charleston, too. Thank you for such a fantastic stay! We had the perfect friends trip and can’t wait to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool.

This property was immaculate! We have been coming to Folly for 20+ years and rented many, many different oceanfront beach houses. This, by far, is the best we’ve had. It was THOROUGHLY cleaned, spotless; everything worked; beautiful inside and out; and, very well maintained. Everything was in great shape, great quality outdoor furniture throughout the decks and patios, and plenty of it for 10 guests. So many great outdoor spaces to sit on all levels; pool was heated and wonderful; easy access to the beach. Cannot find one bad thing to say about this place. Will definitely rent again!

Absolutely stunning property! Wonderful time with my kids and grandkids. The ocean views, sunrises and sunsets were incredible. The pool was great after the beach and an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off was a plus. For anyone who wonders if the beds are comfortable, they are super comfortable, even the bunk beds!
