Queens Folly” is a classic oceanfront condo with everything you need for the perfect vacation. You will especially enjoy breathtaking views of Folly Beach at sunset from this end unit. This updated condo has an open floor plan allowing the ocean views to be seen from the fully renovated kitchen as well as the living and dining area. There is a formal dining table for eight as well as extra seating at the bar. The private balcony, which also seats eight, can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom.
The master bedroom has ocean views, a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a renovated bathroom with dual sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and private en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which has a bunk bed configured with a full bed on top and 2 twin beds on the bottom.
Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.
The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.
Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

The condo was roomy and well equipped with a great view of the beach. Dunes properties was very attentive. Our ice maker was not working but they delivered ice bags to us twice when we notified them of the problem.

Unit 324 was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 adults to sit on the porch and in the living room. They property looked like it was being cared for while we were there. Loved that there was plenty of room for trash and recycling. The grocery carts were so amazing for getting stuff from the car to the unit. It is also in a great location on the island. Wonderful weekend and we will be back!

We just returned home from a wonderful stay at Queens Folly! This condo is a great home base for exploring Folly Beach and Charleston. You are within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars at Folly and a short car ride into Charleston. The views from the condo balcony are stunning, especially the sunsets. The unit had everything we needed for the week and was nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and it was super nice to have a washer/dryer so we weren’t carrying dirty clothes/beach towels home. The complex was very safe and secure, we were given key fobs that you had to use to get in the parking lot, pool area and onto the beach. Being right on the beach was so nice and convenient, especially with having young children. The pool was also a big hit with our group. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Folly and would stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful long weekend getaway.

We were able to park our car all weekend and walk to shopping restaurants and the beach. Rode our bikes on the beach and around town. Location is great and the condo was very clean with no problems at all. We definitely recommend this condo.

Beautiful apartment, incredible oceanfront views, close to things to do and sparklingly clean. The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures (not always a given) and was sparklingly clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well appointed and the apartment has enough dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper to get you through the weekend. You will need to bring soap (hand and bath) and shampoo. The location is incredible in being located directly next to a stairwell that can get you down to the beach in seconds. It's a super deep beach with some waves, but was safe enough for children. When you're off the beach you are only two blocks away from Center St. and directly across from a bar/restaurant called Loggerheads. No issues with noise at any point. Great weekend and my mom enjoyed spending her 60th birthday there!

The place has really nice updates to the kitchen and master bath as well as new furniture in the living room. I thought overall it was a great property! I would say it could use a little better cleaning along the floors and baseboards and especially in the kitchen floor area. That was the only negative. I would definitely stay there again!
