The spacious living room is adorned with custom draperies and features floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Open the door to the oceanfront balcony to feel the coastal breeze and listen to the waves. The living area is furnished with light, tropical-inspired wicker and bamboo pieces that enhance the villa’s Lowcountry charm.

Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen features stylish new cabinets, modern appliances, and stunning “surf green” granite countertops. It is designed with functionality and beauty in mind, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: A spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, private balcony access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Elegantly designed and furnished with a kink-sized bed, this bedroom includes its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

Parking and Vehicle Guidelines:

We absolutely loved our stay! The place is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy, and has everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view is truly breathtaking, especially waking up and seeing the beautiful beach right outside. The location is perfect, and the whole place has such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was just as beautiful as expected, if not better. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place!

Our Favorite for over 10 years!

For over 10 years, we have stayed at Bird of Paradise(418) every February. It is always exactly as described; beautifully designed and decorated, clean and well-maintained, beyond comfortable, roomy, convenient to beach, town and low country attractions. The recent updates to exterior and interior provide a peaceful and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend this condo for large or small families. Everything needed for a special and memory-filled stay is provided and if not the staff at Dunes Properties is always available and willing to meet your needs. Kudos to M. Lynch for all his help! We hope to stay here many more times.

 I am very pleased with my stay at Chas. Oceanfront Villas 418 - Bird of Paradise! My family and I had a wonderful time. The villa was exactly as pictured and it was absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing and it was spacious enough for our family of 8. The persons we were in contact with were readily available to answer questions. We received updates regarding early check-in (which we greatly appreciated) as well as additional information. We received updated text messages wishing us a great stay in addition to a safe return home. Thank you for making our vacation an enjoyable one!

Perfect family spot

Perfect Family Getaway

My kids and I had a great week at "Bird of Paradise'! Everything was clean and all needed items for the week were available. Having adult kids, WiFi was so important and they commented over and over how nice it was to have a great connection. The purpose of the trip was not only summer vacation but also a get away as a family following the untimely death of my husband. This condo and Folly Beach provided a place for us to rest, heal and share new memories together. We will definitely look for time next summer to return. Dunes Property was very helpful and provided information needed without question. Check in and check out was easy, organized and the staff were very friendly.

Fun Time At The Beach
