The spacious living room is adorned with custom draperies and features floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Open the door to the oceanfront balcony to feel the coastal breeze and listen to the waves. The living area is furnished with light, tropical-inspired wicker and bamboo pieces that enhance the villa’s Lowcountry charm.

Kitchen:
The fully renovated kitchen features stylish new cabinets, modern appliances, and stunning “surf green” granite countertops. It is designed with functionality and beauty in mind, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group.

Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: A spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, private balcony access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Second Bedroom: Elegantly designed, this bedroom includes its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
Third Bedroom: Furnished with a queen-sized bed and featuring charming decor.
Fourth Bedroom: Includes twin beds, perfect for additional guests or children. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity for convenience.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms have been newly remodeled to provide an elevated experience. Modern fixtures and coastal-inspired decor create a sense of relaxation and comfort. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Each villa includes two parking spaces. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property. Additional parking requests can be made through building management based on availability.
