Playful and graceful all in the same stroke, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental villa uses classic coastal culture to complement the natural island beauty right outside your door. Lowcountry and marine artwork is woven with wicker and bamboo furnishings to create a light, tropical feel throughout the home. Images of sand dunes, cranes and live oak trees will remind you of what Charleston is all about. Tile flooring is used throughout the full kitchen, living, and dining rooms as well as the bathrooms with wood floors in all of the bedrooms. The kitchen has been renovated with new cabinets, appliances and stunning “surf green” granite countertops. Bathrooms are also newly remodeled and give a feeling of elegance that certainly wasn't lacking before, but is that much more enhanced with the upgrades!

Ceiling-to-floor windows make up an entire wall of the living room revealing the oceanfront balcony and allowing the vista of the Atlantic Ocean to wash over the interior. Simply open the door and listen to the waves crash on the beach and watch waves roll for miles. Custom draperies add further luxury to the living room and master bedroom with custom plantation shutters elsewhere throughout the condo. Inside the unit, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds) share a bathroom with a his/her sink. The third bedroom is a little more private with its own bathroom and a little more elegant in its design. Finally, the master bedroom boasts a king sized bed and private access to the oceanfront balcony that can be seen through the ceiling-to-floor windows that make up an entire wall. The master bathroom comes with a his/her sink, and a stand-up shower. Nothing stands between you and the sands of Folly Beach. Simply head downstairs and step onto the beach for some sun therapy or a moonlit stroll at night. Two beach side pools are available for the private use of Charleston Oceanfront Villas guests.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 - October 31st, weather permitting.

The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.

Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.

Starting in the fall of 2024, the HOA of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas is set to begin a construction project to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building. This project will happen stack by stack, beginning on units ending in -23, and working toward the pier. There will be scaffolding up over each stack as work begins, and there may be loud noises associated with heavy work. Each section is blocked off according to work schedules, but construction times will vary based on weather conditions.
