Overview:
Welcome to Charleston Oceanfront Villas #311! Ocean Potion is the perfect name for this 4 bedroom and 3 bath oceanfront vacation home. Enjoy a day at the beach or at one of the two community pools, both of which are just steps from your door.
Charleston Oceanfront Villas are located in the heart of Folly Beach. You can just park your car and walk to the shops, restaurants and night spots on Center St.
This condo is currently being refreshed with new furnishings and updates throughout. The completion is scheduled for late winter so please stay tuned for new photos.

Living Area:
The living and dining area features a panoramic ocean view and access to the deck. When it’s time to relax after a day in the sun, the comfortable furnishings and large screen TV provide the perfect spot to watch the game or enjoy a family movie night.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is open to the living and dining area so the chef can remain connected with everyone. While preparing your specialty dish, you can also enjoy an ocean view. The appliances include a stove, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher and microwave.
Bedrooms:
1) King primary bedroom with ocean view, access to the deck and ensuite bath
2) Queen bedroom with ensuite bath
3) Queen bedroom with Jack and Jill bath shared with Twin bedroom
4) Twin bedroom with Jack and Jill bath shared with Queen bedroom.
