Living Area:
The relaxing living room provides a comfortable place to enjoy your friends and family. The main living room has a great view of the pool and private yard. There’s also a large TV for those rainy days or to catch the game.
In addition to the main living room, there’s a sitting room with 4 comfortable chairs. This is a nice spot for quiet conversation.
The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. There are also 3 breakfast bar stools so you can socialize with the chef.

Kitchen:
Fully renovated and modern kitchen with smart appliances, including a refrigerator, double oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. When it’s time to show off your signature dish, you will find everything you need. There’s access to the pool from the klitchen so you can easily grab a cold drink or a snack.

Bedrooms:
1) King primary bedroom with ensuite that includes a soaking tub, large shower and double vanity. There’s also access to the pool deck. The primary suite is the only bedroom on that side of the home.
2) Second King bedroom includes an ensuite with a large shower. The fireplace is not available for guest use.
3) First Queen bedroom has direct access to the hall bath.
4) Second Queen bedroom has access to hall baths
5) Twin bedroom has access to a private deck and the hall baths.
