Living Area:
Relax in the spacious and tastefully decorated living room, where large windows provide breathtaking ocean views. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV or unwind in one of two cozy armchairs by the windows. The living area seamlessly connects to a generous private balcony, perfect for soaking in the coastal atmosphere.

Kitchen:
The updated kitchen features modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. The stylish design and convenient layout make it ideal for preparing meals or entertaining guests. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats six.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Indulge in the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. The en-suite bathroom is newly renovated with modern fixtures and finishes.

Secondary Bedroom: The charming secondary bedroom includes two twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a TV. A renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located just steps away.

Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms have been updated with contemporary features. The primary en-suite bathroom and the guest bathroom each include walk-in showers and modern touches. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Outdoor Space:
Step out onto the spacious private balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning views. The condo is ideally located next to the community pool and beach access, making it easy to enjoy both.

The Space: You will have the entire property available for your use.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: Our helpful staff is available from Monday to Saturday, between 9AM to 5PM, to assist you with any requests you may have during your stay on IOP. In case of emergency after hours, we have an on-call manager available.

Due to ongoing beach renourishment by the City of Isle of Palms, the Seascape Villas beach access is currently closed for guest use. Seascape Villas guests should use the access path at Summer Dunes Lane. To reach this path, turn left from the entrance of Seascape onto Palmetto Drive. Summer Dunes Lane is 0.1 miles down on the left. During high tide, areas of the beach may not be accessible due to natural coastal conditions.

Please avoid walking on the sand dunes or any sandbags. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific beach conditions during your stay, and relocations or refunds will not be available. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the lack of beach access. We do apologize for this inconvenience. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
