The first level includes 3 bedrooms, and they all have a king bed. Two bedrooms (1 of them is ocean facing) share a bath with access from each bedroom. This other is an ocean facing primary suite with a full bath. The living area on this floor includes a sleeper sofa, wet bar, flat-screen TV and access to oceanside deck.

The second level features an open floor plan that’s perfect for gathering with loved ones. The spacious dining area has a large family size table and offers breathtaking sunset views over the Folly River. The living room furnishings have recently been updated and is the perfect spot for movie night or for watching the big game. The kitchen includes everything that you need to prepare scrumptious meals and family favorites, including a gas range. The primary bedroom on this floor has a king bed, flat-screen TV, as well as TWO full baths

The third level includes a wet-bar area with mini-fridge and access to the incredible roof top deck. ***The City of Folly Beach has scheduled beach renourishment for this spring. The project will start at the West end of the island at the county park progressing towards the pier in blocks. The completion is slated for August. While this is welcomed news given the recent erosion from storms and high tides, we realize the potential for disruption based on the project’s timing. We are committed to ensuring your vacation experience remains enjoyable. While most of the beach will remain publicly accessible during the construction, there is a possibility that certain sections of the beach, typically about 500 feet at a time, may be temporarily closed off. The active work area moves every 5 to 7 days on average. Due to so many external factors, we have no way to predict an accurate timeline for when the project will be at any given location. However, if we anticipate in advance that the project may affect your stay, we will be reaching out to you. In the small chance the project directly affects your beachfront vacation, we will work closely with you to discuss options.
