Welcome to 30 Beachwood East, a comfortable 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home located just steps from the ocean in Wild Dunes on Isle of Palms. With ocean views, a large private pool (heatable for a fee), and multiple decks, this spacious beach house is the perfect retreat for a relaxing and quiet getaway with family or friends.

Living Area:
The first floor offers two living rooms, each with large flat-screen TVs, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Both the kitchen and dining room open to a deck with ocean views overlooking the pool.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals during your stay. The dining area offers ample seating and access to the outdoor deck.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, ocean views, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Located on the second floor, features two twin daybeds with twin trundles, accommodating up to four guests. This bedroom also has access to a newly renovated full bathroom and a private balcony with ocean views.

Refreshed Home, Relaxing Stay!

We got to visit right after they redecorated and can’t believe this place could get any better than it already was! The house has always been an idyllic retreat for our family, between the beach access, bike ride to the marina, and pool. It has everything we need from a kid loft, to a dining area big enough to hold 2 families, a den for movie watching, and even an extra cozy living space where my kids could work puzzles while we made dinner. We’ve never found another rental like this and can’t recommend it enough!

he proximity of the house to the beach with ocean and beach views is amazing. The private pool was perfect for cooling off right outside our door. The layout of the house was perfect for adult couples to have their own en suite as well as a room for the kids to 'get away' upstairs. We could all come together for meals and games and pool/beach time but could also spread out with the two excellent indoor sitting areas, screen porch and poolside.

was perfect for our family beach vacation. The location was incredible. It is only a few steps to the beach through the back gate. The pool was perfect for all the kids and is 1/2 shaded in the afternoon. The bedrooms all had their own bathroom attached and tv. The main area layout was wonderful for people to relax with space but all be together with a beach view from almost every room

We stayed at Beachwood East 30 the first week in June. The property was perfect for three families with children. The kitchen is fully stocked, making cooking easy. A liquor store, grocery store, and a pharmacy are all close by. The pool was clean, big, and the perfect temperature. The beach entrance was steps away from the back door. This made it easy to walk back to the house for an extra towel, another snack, or a bathroom break. The beach itself was dynamic - calm in the morning, rough and windy in the afternoon. We were filled with gratitude to stay in such a nice home directly across from the ocean."

This VRBO was clean and comfortable. We loved it. The pictures don’t do Justice to this property. Easy walk to the beach. Private pool was nice. Many places to gather with family. I definitely would recommend to others and look forward to another visit.
